 Every day is a new opportunity for discovery and growth at Guardian Childcare & Education Acacia Gardens (formerly Playdays), which is rated exceeding in the National Quality Standard. With a range of resource-rich environments, including vegetable gardens, a water pump, a mud pit, a giant climbing net, and a range of age-specific ateliers, children are encouraged to explore and learn.

Children get out and about on weekly excursions, so we have a great connection with the surrounding community. This connection extends to our local nursing home, who the children regularly send letters to as part of our pen pal program.

We are proud to have a diverse team of Educators and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays, as well as hosting a number of fundraisers throughout the year.

Our on-site chef prepares four nutritionally balanced meals using seasonal ingredients every day. To further explore food at the centre, our community-minded Educators host cooking classes for the children to get involved in to enhance their understanding of good nutrition.
