Very disappointing experience. Our child never received the warmth and support needed during the settling period. For almost four weeks we were repeatedly called to pick her up because she was “unsettled.” Communication was inconsistent and the centre seemed more focused on paperwork than supporting the child. After moving to another childcare, she settled within two days and now happily attends. Also noting that my previous negative review was removed, so I am posting this again. Sadly, our experience was very stressful as parents.

Guardian Acacia gardens is an amazing centre with an amazing team who I am lucky to have as part of our tribe to raise my daughter. My daughter has attended the centre since 10 months and we have nothing but positive and great things to say. The educators have a wealth of knowledge and are an amazing support to have when raising a child. The leadership team is just as amazing, the support, reassurance and constant communication puts your mind at ease. The team at guardian acacia gardens feel like family and are always there to support your child and you as the family. Thank you for everything that you do and continue to do for the children from the amazing program that you provide to the amazing communication, support and advice that we receive, not to mention the amazing food that is provided at the centre! Thank you again!!

Guardian Acacia Gardens is by far the best childcare in the area. The quality of standards and care by all the staff from the educators to the chef through to management is 5 star. Both of my girls have been attending since they were babies and have had a wonderful learning journey from the nursery room, toddler room and preschool room. The centre goes above and beyond for special events. Their efforts are unmatched. The kids resources are of high quality and lots of fun activities to keep them active and happy. It is a clean environment with hygiene protocols followed and adhered to the highest of standards. The staff are friendly, caring, professional and approachable. I would highly recommend this daycare to look after your children 😊

We cannot recommend this centre highly enough. The facility itself is impeccably presented, creating a wonderful environment. Furthermore, the staff are exceptional, providing a level of care that is sincere and genuinely focused on the well-being of the children.

Leaving your most precious little human in the care of complete strangers is a very overwhelming and emotional thing that anyone has to do. But this centre goes way above and beyond to make sure that this experience is not only reassuring but comforting to know that your child is in the best hands. My Grand baby has been enrolled in the Nursery space for nearly a year now and the bond and connection that he has made with the staff is so beautiful to see. My little man began his journey with a small medical condition that required some surgical procedures and a little aftercare. Amanda (Centre Manager) and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure that both my daughter and Grandson felt completely supported during this process and reassured that his time at the centre would not only be full of fun but he would also be safe and protected. Words can not express my gratitude and respect that l have for this team and the love, care and support we have received from the enrolment process and throughout his learning journey. He comes home everyday with a new word or body movement that he is so proud to share with us and celebrate in the joy of how clever he is to learn such amazing skills. Thankyou Amanda and Team for making my Grandsons journey such a positive experience and all the hard work and dedication you show to each and every family that are lucky enough to share their child’s learning with you ❤️

We couldn’t be more pleased with our time at Guardian Childcare Centre, Acacia Gardens. The team is warm, nurturing, and genuinely committed to supporting each child’s growth and happiness. The centre provides a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, full of activities that spark curiosity and creativity. Both of our children, have had a wonderful start here. They are developing strong social skills, gaining confidence, and enjoying countless enriching experiences. Communication with parents is always clear and consistent—we always felt informed and involved. We’re incredibly thankful to have found such a fantastic place, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent seeking high-quality care for their child.

This Childcare centre is the best one we have had the pleasure of enrolling our child in. The difference is worlds apart from other centres we have seen. The amount of activities the kids get to do, and the benefits they receive from those activities really excel your children further and ready for Kindergarten. The food is amazing, our child loves his "Hulk Pasta", and many more. The chef must work so hard to provide so many wonderful dishes on the menu that we get to see as well as preparing food for events such as Mothers Day, Father's Day, Easter and many others. I would happily get my wife pregnant again, just so we can enrol them here to get that head start!

I cannot speak highly enough about my daughter’s childcare and the incredible educators who care for her every day. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we felt welcomed, supported, and reassured that we had found the right place. Even after being there for 3.5 years, drop-offs are still hard—my daughter often gets upset and cries when I leave. But the way the educators handle those moments is truly amazing. They gently take her from me and always find new, creative ways to distract and comfort her. They make the transition easier not just for her, but for me as well. And within just a couple of minutes, she’s smiling and happy, ready to start her day. Every educator in every room is warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They take the time to understand each child individually, helping them grow with confidence, kindness, and care. It’s so clear that they’re not just focused on education—they’re also deeply invested in the emotional wellbeing of every child. The team consistently goes above and beyond, whether it’s through thoughtful daily updates, celebrating milestones, or simply offering a warm smile and a kind word. Their dedication and love shine through in everything they do. We feel incredibly lucky and grateful to be part of such a nurturing, supportive, and inspiring environment. Knowing my daughter is in such capable and loving hands gives me complete peace of mind every single day. Thank you to all the educators for all that you do for my little girl.
