Our 4-year-old has been attending Climbing Ladders Stanhope Gardens for the past year, starting in the Inventors classroom. She took some time to settle in initially, and drop-offs were quite difficult with lots of tears. From the very beginning, the centre manager Ms Rose was absolutely amazing in helping her feel comfortable and at ease each day. Very quickly, our daughter began looking forward to her morning cuddles with Ms Rose, which made such a positive difference in her transition. The educators in the Inventors room — especially Ms Maryam, Ms Saama, and Ms Ruba — truly went above and beyond. They showed exceptional warmth, love, and patience, and supported her with so much care until she felt confident and comfortable in her new environment. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for her. Although she has now moved on to the Pioneers preschool classroom, she still looks for her favourite Inventors educators every morning to give them a cuddle, which speaks volumes about the strong bond they created with her. Each day when we drop her off, we feel completely reassured knowing she is in good hands — in a place where she feels safe, supported, and genuinely loved.

We had a wonderful experience with Climbing Ladders Childcare, and I was very happy overall. My child attended Climbing Ladders for 2 years and we are very happy with the experience. My child was very shy and hardly talked before, but now is much more confident and comfortable speaking. The school readiness program is excellent. At just 4 years old, my child can write their name and recognise and write alphabets and numbers. Climbing Ladders is an outstanding daycare and Montessori school. My child has been attending for 2.5 years, and we’ve had an excellent experience with absolutely no issues. The educators are caring, supportive, and truly know each family by name. They are always approachable and open to communication. The Montessori program has been a game-changer for my child’s growth. It has helped develop overall cognitive skills, independence, and confidence in a structured yet nurturing environment. The centre embraces multiculturalism in the best way possible — every culture and festival is celebrated wholeheartedly, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for the children. Special mention to Centre Managers, Ms. Rose and Ms. Riya, who are fantastic to deal with and keep parents updated on everything. Climbing Ladders has been like a second home for our family. Miss Rose is the heart of the centre and truly feels more like family than a manager. Her warmth, dedication and genuine care have meant so much to us. We’ve been sending our son here since he was just 10 months old, and watching him grow under their care has been incredible. We’re moving for work, and pulling our 3.5-year-old son from here has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve had to make for him. The educators have been so nurturing and supportive! they’ve helped him grow, learn and thrive with confidence and joy. He’s been A big thank you to Ru and Yohan for being so hands-on and creating such a positive, caring environment. You can tell they genuinely care about every child and family. We’re so grateful for everything the team has done. Leaving is bittersweet, but we’ll always carry the best memories from our time here.
