Amazing staff well run and the communication to parents and families is wonderful. They keep the kids interested and learning all day, my daughter loves the educators and activities they do she has made leaps and bounds socially since attending. This is the second daycare we attended and we couldn't be happier we changed. Well done team 👌😊

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Milestones Early Learning Hillcrest. The teachers are truly wonderful and have taken such beautiful care of my son, and his big brother before him. We love all of the teachers but special mention to Miss Kylie, Miss Alexis, Miss Jazz and Miss Mackenzie who are all just incredible — kind, nurturing, patient and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. Miss Julie is the glue that holds the whole centre together, and the main reason we started at this centre in the first place. We are so grateful for everything this team does and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for exceptional care.

If can I don’t want give any star,on December 2024,because we will moving to Hillcrest on January 2025 we bring our son visit the Child care,a lady bring us have a tour and tell me we give her a call when we know what day to come,on 27Dec 2024 I call to center and ask when we can come to school but the lady is off day during Christmas holiday,the Director of this child care said need I bring my son come again have a tour and she want to see my son I let them know I am busy to moving house can I just bring my son come child care and skip for the second time tour,but they said I need bring my son come to center when I free,so I bring my son go center on 9/1/2024 ,i tell the Director I come today and she ask is this I bring my son together I said yes,when I come she and lady I visit first time telling me they child care is fully book and still have many is on waiting,The Director worry I can’t understand ask a lady can talking same language with me tell me again they are full and try to go other child care,my Question is if your center is fully book why ask me must bring my son come to visit second time and when I come you tell me fully book and without second time tour.Why don’t want said at phone you are fully booked..Is for funny?why waste our time?Very disappointed with the child care’s Director….

The only childcare centre I know of that gives away free days to families to increase occupancy

EDIT: Since being acquired by Affinity Education and being told that they will not be able to accommodate our daughter for 5 days a week next year, my husband was told to "put in your 2 weeks' notice and find somewhere else" when making an enquiry and speaking with Julie. Prior to this, our messages, emails and face-to-face inquiries were ignored. It is a shame we have to find elsewhere. We have had a much better experience compared to the previous centre. We are able to communicate with the educators through a book after every day our daughter is there and I absolutely love Ms Deep, Sarah and Cheri who work in the baby room!

Great daycare for kids! The educators and centre managers are amazing, professional and genuinely love and support the kids in their care. There are lots of fun, creative activities and facilities for kids. We are so grateful to have found a daycare that provides such a positive and enriching experience for kids. The team at kidi kingdom Hillcrest are absolutely amazing! I have two children there and their teachers go over and above to look after my kids they show them love, kindness and the education provided is outstanding!
