My daughter has attended at Active Kids Hillcrest for a while now and she has learned so much, she has made some amazing friends and all the staff are absolutely amazing. While your child is receiving amazing care by all staff they also update you with daily photos being posted in the app to know your child is safe and happy, would definitely recommend!!

Active kids Hillcrest Nursery room has honestly been the best decision and fit for my 9 month old daughter. From the menus to the daily updates to even the weekly programming! As a first time mum it’s such a piece of mind knowing my girls in such good hands. The director and assistant director have been way more than accommodating of our circumstances and I couldn’t thank them enough!

Highly recommend, moved from a previous centre start of last year, past year had great experience, been less sickness. speech, social skills, improved rapidly, within the first week I seen so many positive changes. The staff have been great with toilet training. All the staff are very welcoming, bubbly. The centre offers a lot of extra activities, like busy kindy, dance, gymnastics which caught my attention for originally enrolling. Has felt they are more active with the kids even during normal day to day activities. All round great centre, professional, but still very caring.

Our Vision at Active Kids is to provide an exciting and stimulating environment for children that nurtures their development and fosters their imagination and learning. The learning that takes place in the early years is vital. For this reason, we provide highly educational programs that enhance your child’s learning through play, giving them the best possible start in life. We actively engage each child’s interests and ensure that these are what lays the foundations for their learning.
We are a unique family owned and operated centre in the heart of Hillcrest. We offer a highly educational child led program right across all age groups within our centre. All of our staff are fully qualified, with many staff studying higher qualifications than what is required. Collectively we have over 97 years of Early Childhood Education experience between our staff.
We provide hassle free care for our families – where everything is thought of and taken care of for you. Our centres are a place where you can leave your cherished little one in the hands of our qualified and experienced staff, without having to worry. We welcome parent input and involvement in our centres and we encourage you to share in your child’s journey through their precious Early Years at Active Kids.
We offer a Government approved and funded Kindergarten program 5 days a week, led by a Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood Teacher. This program is designed for and offered to children the year prior to attending Prep to give them a kick start in their education at school, and provide them with the foundation they need to be successful learners.
