A centre like no other! Even with a tour, it’s hard to get a vibe of a ‘good’ centre, no matter what rating they are. But after meeting Fatima and the leadership team after a tour, having a few orientations and commencing enrolment, we just knew we found our second home. Our third year in to Goodstart Reservoir, we wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Small service but a homely family feel service. My daughter absolutely loves her teachers, comes home with many stories about her day and what she learns and most importantly, all the delicious foods she has eaten! From the moment my daughter began her journey at Goodstart Reservoir, it truly felt like a second home. Mila absolutely loved attending each day and always looked forward to seeing her teachers and friends. She learned so much through the care, guidance, and dedication of her educators. From the very beginning, our experience with this beautiful centre has been nothing short of exceptional. My daughter Allegra has always found separation from me, her mum, a little challenging but the genuine care and dedication shown by the educators has made such a difference to her, and to me. Every morning, Allegra is welcomed with warmth and open arms. The team goes above and beyond to ensure she feels safe and supported, especially during those more emotional drop-offs. They take the time to offer her one-on-one attention when she needs it most, helping her feel more settled and at ease. It’s this kind of thoughtful care that tells me she’s in the right place. A very special mention to Steffy and Chanele, whom Allegra absolutely adores. Their gentle, understanding nature truly shines through, one moment that really touched me was when Allegra came home with a Peppa Pig printout. It might seem small to some, but to me, it meant the world. It showed that the educators were paying attention to what she loves and used that knowledge to help her feel more at home. Even though Allegra can be emotional during drop-offs and pick-ups, as her mum, I feel such deep comfort and confidence knowing that she is surrounded by a team that genuinely cares for her wellbeing. The environment is not only warm and welcoming, but full of kind smiles from the educators right through to the chef, who always greets us and asks how Allegra is doing. These thoughtful touches don’t go unnoticed. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Fatima, the centre director, who made the enrolment process so easy and welcoming. Her passion and care are so evident in the way she communicates with families and leads her team, it reassures me that we made the right decision. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community, and I can’t wait to see Allegra grow and thrive here over the next few years. What a brilliant, loving team.

My daughter really thrived in the kinder room at Goodstart Reservoir, we were so happy with the exceptional care and education she received during her time here. The educators go above and beyond to set up the learning environment. The centre is very organised and well managed.

Goodstart Reservoir has been our first experience of daycare and it has been such a lovely place to start. The team are so warm and welcoming, you’re always greeted by a friendly face who knows your child by name and it feels like an intimate and safe space. You smell home cooking when you walk through the door which is an added bonus! After taking a while to settle and being so supported to do so, my daughter now runs through the door super excited to be there, there’s even sometimes tears when it’s time to go home, that says it all, she’s very happy. The team are very flexible and accommodating with any requests, communication and updates are clear and regular, would highly recommend!

We have been extremely happy with Goodstart Reservoir. Our Son has been there since the Nursery room and is now in the Kinder room and loves it. The centre is clean the food is great and all the staff have a great relationship with him. Due to the various daily activities he has had the chance to learn more than he would at home especially socially and therefore his development has been fantastic. My wife a I would not hesitate in recommending this centre.

This centre & its staff are of excellence . the educators are the finest in the region , most accommodating and due to this my 2 year old knows her colours , interested in reading , recognises letters & can count numbers has a sense of sportsman ship and caring nessacity for her peers. Due to the applications my whole team and family can keep up to date with her daily updates and progress . The staff also accommodate to team meetings once a month and supportive through out all needs of us individually .
