We are very happy with this centre. The staff are lovely, caring, and professional. We especially appreciate their personal approach to our daughter – they truly take the time to understand her needs, which makes me feel comfortable and confident leaving her in their care. I also love that the children spend most of their days outdoors, enjoying different activities and fresh air. The facilities are always nice and clean, creating a safe and welcoming environment. The reception team is always helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with.

Kool Beanz southport is A great place to go, my son is being well looked after and loved by all the educators particular his room leader Michelly. They all nice friendly and detail focus plus the morning drop off welcome and goodbye with each children’s name from every teachers in the centre gives my little man so much respect and he feels safe and be loved here. We moved last year house and thought of changing however I could not find anywhere better than these warm faces and clean classroom so we decided to stay and keep him till pre-prep year. 🥰🥰🥰 Thank you for everyone who dedicated in this centre. My daughter has never been happier than she is here with miss Lillee and miss salma. They do a great job caring for all the children.

My son is 22month now, he love his kindy. The staff are so great and it makes the drop off so easy everyday. Its reassuring knowing he is in good care and amazing to see his development while being at kindy. All the educators are doing a great job making the kids feel welcome and comfortable.

Jackie and the whole team at Kool Beanz (Kirra and Kirra, as well as everyone else I’ve met!) go above and beyond for the kids at the centre. They genuinely care about their development, and I’ve only ever seen the educators care and support the kids there.

We have been nothing but thoroughly impressed with Kool Beanz! My wife is very analytical and detail-oriented (being an engineer), and she has a knack for finding the best in life—which led us here. When we enrolled our daughter at around 2.5 years old, my wife was about seven months pregnant and feeling quite anxious. Jackie was absolutely amazing—so supportive, answering calls even outside of hours, and providing reassurance during that time. Honestly, after all the times my wife called, I started to worry Jackie might ask us not to come back—but instead, she was nothing but kind and patient! Every day at drop-off, Jackie and the entire team greet me warmly, always with something positive to say. Every educator makes the effort to say, “Hi, Kaia!” in an upbeat tone, and they always wish me a great day / night —it truly makes a difference. Our daughter has sensory challenges and the team has been incredibly accommodating. They’ve supported her dietary needs (gluten- and dairy-free) and have seamlessly worked with her speech pathologist and occupational therapist. I recently changed jobs and considered moving, but we love this daycare so much that we decided to stay. The new building and amazing playground are just added bonuses to the incredible care and support we receive. I genuinely couldn’t imagine a better daycare. My daughter started in September and from then until I removed her recently we have had issues. Issues mostly around communication but also a huge pressure to get her onto finger food "because all the other babies are". Two big near misses that could have been very dangerous for my little one. Zero responsibility taken on behalf of the centre and higher management. Some of the educators are amazing and can't fault the majority of them. An awful experience as a first time mum. Some issues were minor, we all make mistakes but the big ones were just too much to ignore. Upon advising we were leaving we got the response "that's wonderful". Not a response I would have expected.

Kool Beanz Southport has welcomed my daughter in with open arms, the team and centre provides an exceptional learning environment that fosters creativity and personal growth, from the home corner to the live animals at the centre, my daughter loves going to Kindy everyday. Key elements I love, always thoroughly clean (they have a professional cleaner), structured learning, bird avery, bearded dragon that the kids can feed & pat, the team is so friendly.
