Enrich Early Education Centre overview
Enrich Early Education Centre highlights
- We are the first ever EQM early school, combining emotional intelligence practices with progressive Montessori methods
- Highly experienced team of dedicated experts in early education
- Robust academic and holistic program that offers a range of activities to enrich children
Wellbeing and success start here.
We are the first Centre to design and implement the EQM Approach: combining emotional intelligence (EQ) practices with progressive Montessori teaching. Our specialised program is run by passionate experts who deliver a holistic style of education to set your child up for well-being and success in school, and life. If you believe in your child's natural intelligence and want them to have the tools and strategies they need to thrive, then we are the place for you.
Located in a quiet hilltop setting, we provide a soothing sensory experience for adults and children alike. From calming background music to the use of essential oils and soft lighting, we create an atmosphere that facilitates children's ability to become fully immersed in their play and exploration.
Our teachers and educators undergo a rigorous selection process, and each of our staff is here for the love of the children, and a passionate desire to make a positive difference in each child's life, by role-modeling love, kindness and respect.
Our outdoor environment is designed for children to have the space to run and play. Complete with the children's own herb and veggie garden, sit-down activities and relaxation spaces, children have a variety of play options available.
All of this, combined with a robust program of complementary activities, incursions and excursions (including our very own intergenerational program) form the foundation of our early school, to cover all aspects of each child's emotional, mental and physical well-being.
Come and see for yourself how we can give your child the best start to school, and life.

My little one absolutely loves going to Little Hands and has learnt so much in the last month! I trust the educators completely and know that Grayson is in good hands and is being nurtured and supported all the time. I appreciate the timely feedback and advice given bmy Miss Zindie. She is encouraging and makes me and my husband feel like we are doing a good job as first time parents. 100% chose the best early learning centre on the Gold Coast!

Our two children are so happy at Little Hands ELC, educators are loving, caring, understanding, thoughtful and supportive. Within one week our children settled in and didn’t want to come home each day! This centre is amazing!
Parent
I am so thankful for the growth my child has achieved during his time at Little Hands. He has gained confidence to create friendships and be himself. I enjoy how supportive the Educators are for toilet training. A big thank you to Miss Emi and Miss Nan for your loving nature towards my son and the guidance you both show him, during his day to day activities.

The Centre Director is Ellen Perkins, who is also the owner and Service Provider. Ellen developed the EQM Approach which is a unique combination of emotional intelligence (EQ) teachings and the Montessori method. This progressive approach arose out of Ellen's vision to create a Centre where children learn the tools and strategies to feel well and do well, in school and in life. The result is an Early School like no other: where children are seen and valued for their unique contribution to this planet and are taught the foundations for happiness and success.
Centre values:
Respect, Kindness, Creativity, Joy and Gratitude.

It took a long time for my daughter to fully settle in, but I’m so glad we chose this daycare. I love the friendly staff, calming essential oil filled rooms, Montessori method of education, and also the app for communication between educators and parents. They spoil us with extravagant Christmas/Easter/Mother’s/Father’s day events. Food and nappies are all included. Lots of parking. Just so grateful for all the amazing educators who have been supportive during potty training and reassuring us after we drop-off our daughter. Read more
