Kristin and the Fauna Place team continuously exceed our expectations. They are passionate about the children’s learning and development and the care they provide. They recently won a 2024 NSW Excellence in Early Childhood Education Award in the category of ‘Excellence in Australian History & Culture’ for their holistic approach to embedding Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture in the children’s educational program. It’s such a lovely community, the older children at the centre are very nurturing and caring towards the younger children. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have found Fauna Place Childcare. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and community. The staff at Fauna Place are not just caregivers; they are educators, nurturers, and friends to our children. Our child has special needs, and finding a place that could provide the right support and understanding was crucial for us. The team at Fauna Place has exceeded our expectations in every way. They have created an inclusive environment where our child feels safe, valued, and happy. The staff are incredibly patient and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure that our child’s unique needs are met. Even though our child only attends two days a week, the impact has been profound. The environment is incredibly welcoming and safe, filled with vibrant colors and engaging activities that stimulate the children’s minds and imaginations.
