My niece was taken to the gym class without her parental written consent and had a fall due to another child tripping over and pulling my niece forward. She sustained a serious oral injury that fractured two front teeth completely, requiring hospital admission and surgery to remove them permanently under general anaesthesia. My cousins could not even meet with these people in person; they cancelled the meeting and got their lawyer to tell them they were not legally liable and to contact the lawyer directly instead. It is repulsive as my cousins just wanted to have an honest and open conversation on what happened to their beloved daughter. They refused to show CCTV how the injury happened, and the incident report was not sent until the end of the day without parental acknowledgement signature. Incredible centre. They've taken care of my 3 girls over the last 5 years, since they were babies. The staff are amazing and genuinely care for the kids. Communication from the staff is always clear and concise. Take home meals makes dinner time a breeze ( healthy meals my kids will eat!) and the addition of the swimming pool makes it a lot more convenient for my kids to attend swimming lessons. The drive through pick up and drop off saves me so much time as I don't have to spend half an hour trying to persuade the girls to leave the playground at the end of the day! Thank you to all the staff for all that you do, I hope you know what a positive impact you have on the kids 😊 looking forward to the opening of the coffee shop!

Yes, the centre has yoga, music, tennis, bush kindy, Japanese and a myriad of other fabulous educational activities for the children...but the big difference is the genuine care and interest the team has for our kids and their learning & wellbeing! This shines through in all aspects of the centre from management, administration and educators and has made it such a positive experience for our two children and family as a whole.
