I had my first baby started in Nino at her age of 10 month old, now she is turning 4! Not sure how I can express my gratitude well enough towards Nino Chadstone. They just have been so amazing and supportive! Now I have 2nd child and is also going to Nino CC. I love the diversity of activities they had planned for kids to experience and grow with. Staffs are warm and full with love ❤️. They had given me full confidence going back to work full time without being worried about kids at the care as I know they are in good hands! My daughter have joined Nino Chadstone, when she was 9 months old. She has settled very quickly and she used to love to go to Nino everyday. The educators were kind, loving and gentle, the activities were very creative and ensured all round development. Nino provided healthy and nutritious meals. My girl is now 5 years old and I can see she is very good in her communication, team work, creativity and emotional resilience. It was hard for us sending our 18 month old son to childcare, but after this first year, we look back and feel comfortable seeing that our son is always happy and cheerful when we go to pick him up! The whole team at Nino has done an amazing job caring for him with kindness, and we've always felt like they truly care about the wellbeing of the children they look after. The added bonus is that there's always something fun going on, whether it's music classes, Yoga, auctioning children's artwork for charity, or having a charity bake sale! We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support our son receives in the Inventors room at Nino ELA Chadstone. The educators - Lynnette, Sharon, Yishaan & Ashila are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the children's growth and development. It’s always such a joy to see how excited my little one is every morning, eagerly running to Lynnette with a big smile - this level of comfort and trust speaks volumes about the positive, fun and nurturing environment they've created. We also love the daily updates and photos, which help us stay connected with our child’s day-to-day experiences. The space itself is thoughtfully designed, with a variety of age-appropriate resources and a strong focus on fostering independence and confidence in each child. Highly Recommend!

We love sending Austin to Nino's Early Learning Adventured in Malvern East. He is in the Inventors room and is just so loved and cared for my the amazing educators Lynette, Tiffany, Sharon, Yishan and Claudia. They love his quirky personality and are teaching him so much. Desiree has done an excellent job in building the culture of Nino's. We just love all the amazing charity work that is happening.

My daughter started Nino Malvern East at 9 months and one time she had a breathing issues, due to the quick thinking and training of the assistant manager, was notified immediately and an ambulance called. She spent 5 nights at the hospital. The center manager at the time, came and visited her bearing a small teddy. What a lovely and caring gesture! During her toddler year, she learnt so much due to the enriching environment with lots of songs and cuddles. She formed great friendships with the little kids. At one stage, due to location, we partially moved her to another center but subsequently moved her back full time as it did not compare. Nino’s food is always wholesome and nourishing. My daughter loved the food and raved on about Derek the chef. It inspired her so much that she wanted to become a chef. The facility is always nice and clean. I always feel welcome at Nino and feel that if there are any issues, I can talk to the center or just have general conversations with them. One incident in isolation is great but Nino has been consistently exceeding my expectation over a 5 years period which speaks volume.

Our children love attending Nino at Malvern East. We know they are well cared for - the educators and staff create a welcoming, safe and fun environment. Would recommend.
