So happy with the care that has been provided for my son. My son started at 5 months old and being a small centre it is perfect for him, as he doesn't like to be with new people. He was able to get that extra attention the he needed to settle in. The team did an amazing job in making him feel safe and comfortable. He is happy when dropped off at care.

We absolutely love this childcare! We moved our daughter here after being at another centre, and the difference has been incredible. The educators are so caring, loving, and genuinely supportive. You can feel how nurturing the environment is — they really go above and beyond to make every child feel valued and cared for. Our daughter is so happy and thriving here. We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing team and the warmth they bring every day. Truly the best childcare!

I can’t recommend Jacob’s enough. The entire team are so caring and go to so much effort, beyond anything we could have imagined. I’d have no hesitation recommending the center to anyone. The thing I love most is the environment, it feels small, personable and like a family rather than a larger center where you feel like a number. The staff really know all kids and go above and beyond!!! No negatives. A very positive experience here.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Jacobs Early Learning Centre in Rowville. The educators are caring, professional, and truly attentive to each child’s needs. Our daughter settled in quickly and is always excited to go! The centre is clean, safe, and full of creative learning activities. We feel confident leaving her in such good hands every day. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a nurturing environment!

Everything was fine until we decided to withdraw from the center. Unfortunately, after that, a nightmare began. We didn’t receive any replies to our emails, nor did we get written confirmation of the two weeks’ notice we provided. The manager’s assurances couldn’t be relied upon; there was a stark difference between what was said and what was done. Moreover, marking our child as absent on the last booked day at 6:40 am, despite knowing we were supposed to attend, was incredibly disappointing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

The intimate setting allows for personalized attention and a strong educator-child bond. Communication with parents is thorough; they even address minor concerns promptly. Tailored routines and collaborative notes show their commitment. Among many options, this center stands out as the best. We are very happy to choose Jacob for our son as he definitely enjoy it. Highly recommended for parents seeking serious child care.
