Kids Central ELC provides a warm and supportive environment that has been wonderful for our family. The staff are approachable, easy to communicate with, and consistently positive. We really value being able to speak with any of them if we have questions or concerns, as they are always willing to share how our children are progressing.

Our eldest child loves attending and is always excited on the days she is there. Great team, very friendly and the children are very well behaved

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Kids Central! From day one, every single staff member has been so warm, welcoming and friendly — it really feels like a family. The educators are incredible and so dedicated; they’ve done an amazing job caring for and teaching my little boy. He absolutely loves going and has learned so much already! The educational program is fantastic, and it’s so nice knowing he’s in such loving and capable hands each day. We feel so lucky to have found Kids Central ELC!

I strongly advise against sending your child to this childcare centre if you value peace of mind. My son attended for three weeks, during which I frequently received calls for minor issues, causing unnecessary stress and requiring me to leave work early. More alarmingly, my son was involved in an incident where he was pushed into a wall, resulting in marks on his forehead and cheeks (which looks like he has been pinched) The staff failed to inform me of this incident; instead, I received a call the same day about a change in his stool colour, requesting I pick him up. Had my son not had visible marks, I would have been completely unaware of the incident. The level of negligence is unacceptable, as the only action taken after the incident was that 'he was comforted.' Additionally, most of the staff seem like students and don't appear to be qualified for childcare. If you want to be fully informed and assured of your child’s safety and well-being, I cannot recommend this childcare centre. Duty of care wasn’t present and there’s been a major form of negligence.
