The team here are fantastic. They carers and educators are very supportive and welcoming. The centre made our enrollment process very simple and clear. My child is always exited to go MiniMastermind. Thank you TEAM for your TEAMWORK.

Not recommend for a child with special needs.Management team unapproachable. On the day of visit and Orientation the manager was not present at the center. My son was about to join from start of january and they’ve deducted $800 from my account in december which was clearly showing the failure of management team. I call my bank and they refunded it. The other day i called the manager and asked about it she said Oh! it was a mistake. The educators are not trained enough for a child with special needs. My son went here only for 3 days and in 3 days they have destroyed his personality he has regressed badly in his OT and speech. Even his OT therapist said that he has been through a bad trauma. On the last day when i picked my son he was left hungry,thirsty, and crying badly for help from educator samia and she was neglecting him.It was a trauma for my self as well that you see your child left on his own crying, and having alot of bruises on his face. I my self went in to depression. When i asked the Manager she didn’t take this mater seriously and gave random excuses and said your child can’t settle here take him to another place. This is how they enroll the child so that they can make profit out of your child and they don’t care about your child’s wellbeing.

Mini Masterminds has been an amazing centre for my daughter. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and wellbeing. The environment is always welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully set up to encourage learning and creativity. I’ve felt very supported as a parent, and it’s such a comfort knowing my child is in a safe, nurturing space each day. Communication has always been clear and respectful, and you can really tell the team loves what they do. Highly recommend Mini Masterminds to any family looking for a wonderful early learning centre.

We have had a wonderful experience at Mini Mastermind Merrylands, and I can confidently say the educators here have played a significant role in my daughter’s overall development. She is currently in the Discoverers Room (2–3 years) and is soon transitioning to the Investigators Room (3–4 years), and the growth we have seen in her confidence, communication, and learning has been amazing. A special mention to Shama, who my daughter absolutely adores. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care have made a huge difference in helping my child feel safe and happy. I would also like to sincerely thank Sana, the Centre Director, for developing a thoughtful and personalised development plan for my daughter and for always being available to support her settling-in and learning journey. Her guidance and leadership are clearly reflected in the quality of care provided. Thank you as well to Hayley, Jatinder, Jeiline, Lucy, Retno, and the entire team for their dedication, professionalism, and consistent support. It is clear that the educators truly care about each child’s individual needs and development. We are very grateful to be part of such a nurturing and supportive childcare community and highly recommend Mini Mastermind Merrylands to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and development-focused environment for their child.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Mini Masterminds Merrylands. My daughter, who’s three, absolutely loves it there. Jatinder and Shama are incredibly caring and make her feel safe and comfortable every day. The daycare itself is well-equipped with great amenities, and the staff is always friendly and approachable. Overall, it’s been a positive and reassuring experience, and I’m happy to recommend them!

Im very happy with this childcare their place are clean , the kitchen , the bathrooms and everything is good specially their services is amazing me and my son favourite educator is shama she’s very kind she’s always make my son feel calm and comfortable in the center thanks to all the workers in minimaster

This is one of the best Preschool/daycare that actually cares about children development. We are so thankful for incredible support you have given to our daughter who has Global Development Delay in Speech and Social Skills. Having never been left with anyone outside of the parents and families, starting to prepare her step to big school next year, your kidness, patience and true care for her feelings made all well. Through all educators are gentle reassurance and consistently warm smile she has gone from finding separation very difficult to happily saying "Goodbye Mummy" to me at drop-off. Special thanks for Miss Sana , "Your creative teams" helped my daughter feel safe, secure and confident to attend the class. I have noticed so many positive changes in her. From her speech to her ability to play with other children, she has just been enchanced from every angle. Best of all, She is very HAPPPPY. We are so thankful for this place. It honestly feels so good knowing our child is happy and cared for every day.
