We are pleased with the care and support our son receives at Mini Masterminds, Merrylands. After moving to a new location, we were quite anxious about how my son would adapt to a new childcare environment. However, the educators have been very kind, patient, and supportive, which made the transition much easier for him. Thanks to their care and understanding, my son settled in quickly and now feels comfortable and happy. We truly appreciate the efforts of the team in helping him adjust so smoothly. We have seen a clear improvement in our son’s confidence, communication, and social skills. He enjoys attending every day and feels comfortable and secure, which gives us great peace of mind as parents. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and commitment. Absolutely loving this daycare for my little one! 😊 It's fantastic to see such a multicultural environment where everyone feels welcome and included. The staff are awesome at making sure all kids feel valued and part of the community.They are super cooperative and always willing to help out. Our experience sending our daughter to Mini Masterminds Centre in Merrylands has been very positive. The initial days were an adjustment for her, as it was her first time in care outside our home, but the teachers and staff were supportive and attentive in helping her settle in. We appreciate the efforts of Shama and Jatinder for their care during daily activities and for keeping us informed about her needs. We also thank Sana for her guidance and assistance throughout the enrolment process. The management and staff provide a well-organised and nurturing environment, and we would recommend the centre to families considering care for their children.

We are very happy with Mini Masterminds Merrylands 1. The educators are kind, caring and very professional. They always communicate well with parents and keep us updated about our child’s progress.<br><br>My child feels safe, happy and excited to go to the centre every day. I have seen great improvement in my child’s confidence, learning and social skills. The team here are fantastic. They carers and educators are very supportive and welcoming. The centre made our enrollment process very simple and clear. My child is always exited to go MiniMastermind. Thank you TEAM for your TEAMWORK.

Not recommend for a child with special needs.Management team unapproachable. On the day of visit and Orientation the manager was not present at the center. My son was about to join from start of january and they’ve deducted $800 from my account in december which was clearly showing the failure of management team. I call my bank and they refunded it. The other day i called the manager and asked about it she said Oh! it was a mistake. The educators are not trained enough for a child with special needs. My son went here only for 3 days and in 3 days they have destroyed his personality he has regressed badly in his OT and speech. Even his OT therapist said that he has been through a bad trauma. On the last day when i picked my son he was left hungry,thirsty, and crying badly for help from educator samia and she was neglecting him.It was a trauma for my self as well that you see your child left on his own crying, and having alot of bruises on his face. I my self went in to depression. When i asked the Manager she didn’t take this mater seriously and gave random excuses and said your child can’t settle here take him to another place. This is how they enroll the child so that they can make profit out of your child and they don’t care about your child’s wellbeing.

Mini Masterminds has been an amazing centre for my daughter. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and wellbeing. The environment is always welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully set up to encourage learning and creativity. I’ve felt very supported as a parent, and it’s such a comfort knowing my child is in a safe, nurturing space each day. Communication has always been clear and respectful, and you can really tell the team loves what they do. Highly recommend Mini Masterminds to any family looking for a wonderful early learning centre.

We have had a wonderful experience at Mini Mastermind Merrylands, and I can confidently say the educators here have played a significant role in my daughter’s overall development. She is currently in the Discoverers Room (2–3 years) and is soon transitioning to the Investigators Room (3–4 years), and the growth we have seen in her confidence, communication, and learning has been amazing. A special mention to Shama, who my daughter absolutely adores. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care have made a huge difference in helping my child feel safe and happy. I would also like to sincerely thank Sana, the Centre Director, for developing a thoughtful and personalised development plan for my daughter and for always being available to support her settling-in and learning journey. Her guidance and leadership are clearly reflected in the quality of care provided.
