I did not start searching for a childcare centre months before the scheduled start date for my baby’s lot to be given up... I did not start searching for a childcare centre months before the scheduled start date for my baby’s lot to be given up because the centre could not reach me by phone in the week where the winds were strong and reception was poor. Among multiple other modes of communication you should have resort to (voice mail, text, email, you name it), you gave up my long awaited offer because you tried to call and could not get through, and conveniently thought to give up my offer. I went for a tour in Jun/jul, was confirmed a slot shortly after. Went down to the centre beginning of sep to ask when I can start registration, was promised a response but never heard back. Had to call head office a week later to check and was told my lot was given up. This is beyond disturbing if you give up parents’ offer without giving them the benefit of doubt, there is utterly no respect for the time and energy they may have to go through to find an appropriate childcare for their children. I do NOT recommend this childcare centre as there is no level of trust in the parent-centre relationship. Read more
