Every time I visit the centre to pick him up, I feel confident knowing he’s in a safe and secure environment. The facility has a proper security system in place, including face ID access, which gives great peace of mind. The staff are always warm, friendly, and professional. They treat the children with genuine care and respect, and it clearly shows in how happy and comfortable the kids are. It’s a well-organised, nurturing place that truly focuses on the well-being and development of the children. Highly recommend! Read more

Mind Champs is where I began sending my child to be nurtured and get ready for the school year, and I can honestly... Mind Champs is where I began sending my child to be nurtured and get ready for the school year, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made it has truly made my life easier! The educators are amazing, and most importantly, they diligently follow the protocols and policies. It's been four months since my daughter joined this wonderful place, and I can already see positive changes in her behavior and learning. Previously, she was attending a different facility for the past year, and her behavior was going downhill. After doing some research around Melton, I discovered Mind Champs, and during the tour, I felt confident that this would be the right place for my daughter. The environment is so clean and tidy, which is something that’s hard to find. The building is quite new, and their meals program is extensive and nourishing, perfectly meeting my child's needs. She comes home happy, sharing stories and talking about her learning experiences—something we didn’t see at the previous facility. Thank you so much for your support in my kids learning journey. From the moment we walked in the door to do a tour we knew this was the centre for us. The staff are incredibly professional while also being kind, caring and patient with all of the children. They treat each and every child as if it was their own and show them all so much love and attention while also encouraging them to learn and grow. The centre itself is a beautiful state of the art building. It is so beautifully laid out and each room has the most wonderful selection of resources for the children. The facilities are clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging toys and learning materials. What I appreciate most is their structured yet fun curriculum, which keeps kids engaged while helping them develop important skills. My child has grown so much socially and intellectually since starting here. Communication with parents is also excellent—they provide regular updates, photos, and feedback. Mindchamps Melton has been supporting our family over the last 6 months. The staff are warm and friendly. Regardless of which rooms they work in they all know my kids’ names and never fail to greet me, even in passing. The kitchen is guided by a set nutrition plan and as a small bonus in nursery they sterilise which means no need to pack multiple bottles. The centre itself is spacious, clean, it smells fresh, plenty of natural light through all the rooms. Any concerns we’ve raised is met with understanding, and not taken personally. The learning programs are creative and the room leaders work hard to curate activities to foster learning through play. Daily updates are provided through an app. Our children have formed beautiful connections with the educators and we have peace of mind knowing that they’re with people who are passionate, caring and nurturing.
