Choosing the right place for our baby was a very important decision for us. From the first visit, we were impressed by the centre and especially the babies room it is spacious, filled with natural light, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a beautiful and safe space for little ones to grow and feel secure. The team is genuinely kind, professional and approachable, which makes a real difference for families. Every day we leave our baby with complete confidence, knowing she is in the care of loving and dedicated people. We are truly grateful for the environment they’ve created and would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for high quality, safe and nurturing childcare.

As a mum, leaving my baby in childcare was a big step, especially at such a young age. My baby started in the babies room at 6 months old, and now at 8 months I can truly say it was the right decision. The centre has an excellent manager and a wonderful team. The educators in the babies room are gentle, loving and truly beautiful people, and from day one they made me feel calm and confident. Seeing my baby happy and settled each day means everything to me. I’m very grateful for the care they provide and would confidently recommend this centre to any family looking for a safe and loving place for their baby. 💛

We’ve been sending our two children to Montessori LCW for the past four years and we couldn’t be happier. The staff at the centre are absolutely wonderful — caring, professional and trustworthy. From day one we’ve always felt confident leaving our kids in their care. Most importantly, our children genuinely love going each day which makes it a great experience. We’re so grateful for the supportive, nurturing environment they’ve created and highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality care.

The Lane Cove West Montessori team has been absolutely amazing. Ms Maria centre manager did a wonderful job supporting my daughter’s transition and truly understanding her individual needs. The baby room teachers — Ms Yannie, Ms Sanitha, Ms Sauda, and Ms Pasha — have all been exceptional and incredibly caring. Every educator showed genuine attention, patience, and warmth, which made a huge difference for our family. I would highly recommend this centre — the team is extremely supportive and dedicated.

Our child attends the Infants Room of Lane Cove West Montessori Academy and we are so grateful for our experience so far. As first time parents sending our young baby to childcare, we were initially quite nervous and uncertain about what to expect. However, the team at LCW have helped her to not only settle well but we can see that she genuinely enjoys her time there and is learning new skills daily. The team of infants room educators are warm and affectionate, take incredible care to keep her rested, clean, engaged and happy and are so great at gently encouraging her to grow in independence. Not only this, we can rely on the centre for consistent and thorough communication about our child's daily activities and overall progress as well as clearly documented and observed policies and protocols. It's our daily pleasure to see the photo updates in the parent communication app and we are so grateful for the thorough rundown that the educators provide when we pick her up at the end of the day. Our baby always comes home happy and babbling endlessly about the fun she had with her LCW friends and the other children in the centre also seem happy and relaxed whenever we are there. Thank you LCW educators for the care, professionalism and cuddles! Edit: I’m editing this review a year later to post an update. Our daughter took a break from LCW Montessori for around 6 months because I wanted to spend more time with her. When it was time for me to start working more, we enrolled her right back here without considering other options. Why? In the time we took a break, when we’d bump into any of her educators locally they would always greet her warmly and genuinely tell her how much they missed her. Thanks to the infants room teachers’ care and wisdom, she returned and settled back with very little difficulty and is now preparing a gentle transition into the toddlers room. When she comes home from school, she’s always happily listing out all of the names of her friends (that she can remember) and her teachers too and boasting about all the new words she’s learnt. Thank you always LCW educators, busy working parents like us can’t (and often don’t have the time to) express just how much we appreciate and respect you all.

Both of my children have attended/are attending Montessori Academy at LCW. My first child transferred here to the Toddler room when the LCW centre opened, and stayed until they went off to kindergarten, while my second child started in the Babies room and is now in the Preschool room. Their independence, their comprehension, their sense of self and confidence in being a part of their environment is so apparent, and I credit a lot of that to the care and dedication of the staff and the method of Montessori. I have always felt safe in leaving my children in the care of the LCW staff, and I have witnessed how the Montessori teaching has helped shape my children into who they are. It was very emotional when my first child left to go off to ‘big school’! And I know it will be utterly heartbreaking when my second reaches that point too. I’m forever grateful to the love and care my children have received at LCW Montessori Academy.
