We’ve had a wonderful experience with Kids Planet. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they made our child feel safe, welcomed, and excited to learn. What really stands out is how much attention they give to each child’s individual needs and development. We’ve seen great improvements in our child’s confidence, communication, and social skills. My baby girl Ellie arrived KPA North Ryde around her 11 months old. She settled so well under Connie and Lydia’s care and education. Now she has become a happy toddler, having fun in the Rockets room with Kori and Suki. Ellie has a multi languages environment in our family. Grandma speaks Manderine and Cantonese, I speak Manderine and English, Daddy speaks 3 languages. We feel very appreciated that the team always helps us to feel welcome and included during drop off and pick up. Especially grandma doesn’t speak English well, but Suki always helps her to pass the information to the team by translating. The strong attachment Ellie built with all the educators in KPA North Ryde makes me feel so appreciated. I can see, at KPA North Ryde, she’s growing up with safety, confident and curiosity. As the parents, we feel so lucky to have KPA team to support us in Ellie’s learning journey during her early years.

My two children started here at very different stages—my son was just a tiny baby, and my daughter was getting ready for school. From day one, the support from the managers has been outstanding. They are always present, not just in the office, but on the floor, knowing every child’s name. Whenever I’ve had a question, they’ve been so approachable, understanding, and quick to find solutions. It’s clear they run a tight ship, but with so much heart. The educators and staff are simply incredible. They are the perfect mix of caring and professional. Watching them with my baby boy put all my anxiety to rest. They didn’t just meet his needs; they cuddled him, celebrated his first milestones with me, and kept me updated with photos that showed him smiling and content. With my daughter, they were patient and firm, helping her build confidence and emotional resilience. You can tell the staff genuinely love what they do—there’s no “high turnover” feel here; these are people who have become part of our family. I also have to mention the learning activities. As a parent, you worry about the transition to “big school,” but the school readiness program here is fantastic. It’s not just about academics; it’s about building independence. My daughter came out of their program not only knowing her letters and numbers but also how to pack her own bag and advocate for herself. The activities are creative and engaging. My son, even as a baby, is constantly exposed to sensory play and language development in a way that is fun. KPA is the best place for your child to feel at home and grow! We were really blessed with love and care our daughter received here. From early age - Connie, Hujayma, Sunanta, Ruby, Alayah and others were really caring and looked out for every small needs of our child. Rocket room teachers - Michelle, Chery, Kori and Suki were just amazing. They created such a great learning environment for our daughter. Sunny and Kun were such great supervisors! Sunny helped us with all admin activities and is simply an amazing human being. We miss being part of KPA family.

My daughter started her journey here from 11 months and everyday after we just felt lucky and reassured by this decision. The management and educators genuinely care about all the kids, you can really tell that they care everyone of them from the little stories shared, attention to every single comment you put and all the wonderful details. I highly recommend this place to any parents who want to get their kids security built in a childcare. Nothing negative - from the staffs, facilities to development plan. The best daycare centre around the area! My daughter started at KPA when she was only 5 months old. Initially we were a bit worried about sending her to daycare at such a young age, however, the lovely educators at KPA gave us comfort and confidence and took very good care of my daughter. She's just graduated after 4 happy years spent at KPA. She's grown to be a happy kid and her time at KPA helped her both socially and mentally to get ready for the big school. This is a place that I have recommended to family friends and colleagues, and now would love to recommend to anyone who stumbles upon this review.
