From day one, the educators have been incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely passionate about the children in their care. The centre is clean, modern and thoughtfully set up with engaging activities that keep the kids learning, exploring and having fun every single day. Communication is excellent — we always feel informed and included, and it’s clear that the team truly knows and understands each child’s personality and needs. Our little one has grown so much in confidence, social skills and independence since joining, and we’ve seen such a positive change in their daily excitement about going to childcare. The educators go above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe and inspiring environment. We feel so grateful to have found a place that treats our child like their own. We’ve really loved our time at Mini Masterminds Macquarie Park. The educators have looked after my daughter so well, and she has always felt safe, supported and genuinely cared for. She’s grown so much in confidence, independence and social skills, and we’re really grateful for everything the team has done. Communication has always been great, and the activities are fun, engaging and really well thought out. The centre is clean, organised and has a warm, welcoming feel. The staff are always friendly, professional and easy to talk to. We’re only finishing up because she’s off to Kindy next year. Otherwise we would have happily stayed. Thanks so much to the whole team for such a positive experience. We’ll miss you all.

Mini Masterminds Macquarie Park is the BEST childcare centre in the area! The Centre Director Jenny and the whole team are very experienced, professional and welcoming. Our little girl loves it there, particularly the amazing outdoor space, the high quality education and the continued focus on safety. Highly recommend from a very fussy family who only wanted the very best!

Best daycare ever, my son is so happy and they have an amazing caring staff! I even moved to another suburb but did not change his daycare as it was hard to find one with the same standards :)

I wish I could give 0 stars to this centre, as they accepted my niece and everything was great, until they found out that she had autism and they then decided that they would take back her application and denied her to attend this centre. the way this centre has discriminated a 3 year old girl and denied her this opportunity because of her autism is highly unprofessional. in 2025 you'd expect better from daycare centres.

After trying a few other centres in the location, Mini Mastermind Macquarie Park worked really well for us ! My son was in the preschool room and the educators Ms Cindy and Mr Jason were more than fantastic ! The centre director Jenny took feedback really well and has been solutions oriented and extremely professional since she started! Chef Wintar provided the yummiest and most wholesome, healthy meals for the kids. He was always extremely friendly and approachable! Updates on meals and activities during the day were regular and the staff were always prompt in answering queries on the phone or on email. Special shout out to Ms Rav, Ms Tahlia, Ms April, Coach Jake, Coach Arnold and the many other educators at the centre who worked tirelessly to make our kids feel special and loved on regular days as well as during occasions.

My son started his first day in the babies room. No effort was made to console him when he was crying. He was put outside and left to cry. They didn’t have any puréed food available for him despite knowing months in advance he needed it and then had the audacity to use the excuse that they were out at the grocery store. They paid no attention to his routine. They needed reminding that he needed a bottle and then had to consult their manual on how to heat up breast milk showing a total lack of childcare experience. When washing his hands they rammed him into the sink despite his protesting cries. There was no effort to engage with any of the children. They were given craft materials to use which were choking hazards and toxic and left unsupervised while they used them. They left my son to cry in the cot room after he woke up from his nap. Another child was left for an hour in the ball pit with no way to get out. Carer’s wouldn’t wash their hands after changing a dirty nappy. The only reason I know all this is because my Mum had a bad feeling so she stayed to watch what was going on. Needless to say she was shocked and I pulled my son out after the first day and refused to pay for the fees as they 1) provided NO care for my child and 2) provided no food.
