I can’t recommend this childcare centre highly enough. Both of my children have attended, my daughter for three wonderful years, and now my son, and our experience has been consistently positive. The educators are incredibly warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. It’s clear they build strong relationships with the children and families, which creates such a welcoming and reassuring environment. The centre itself is always clean, well-organised, and thoughtfully set up, giving me confidence that my children are in a safe and nurturing space every day. I’ve also really appreciated how accommodating the team has been to our family’s needs (dietary, culture and otherwise) over the years, they’ve always been understanding, flexible, and supportive. Management does an excellent job running the centre, and it shows in how smoothly everything operates. Communication is another standout, whether it’s daily updates, important notices, or just a quick chat at pickup, I always feel informed and included. It’s not easy trusting others with your children, but this centre has made that process so much easier for our family. I’m grateful for the care they’ve provided to both my daughter and now my son, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other parents. Thank you Goodstart KVR!

Families considering this centre should be aware of some management issues. The rules often feel designed for the centre’s convenience rather than adapting to children’s needs, with little flexibility for their betterment. Staffing is inconsistent, with educators in rooms changing frequently. This disrupts children’s stability and leads to poor communication, meaning parents often receive incomplete or incorrect updates. Incident reporting is also a concern — some injuries aren’t documented, and even when reports are made, parents are not always informed due to internal rules, which is worrying. We also found some educators, and even the Director, to be rude and defensive when questioned about their strategies. Instead of open discussions, we often felt dismissed. After nearly 4 years at the centre, the ongoing mismanagement and lack of openness built up to the point where we had to withdraw our child mid-year for their wellbeing. The centre also sets rigid expectations and struggles to support children who don’t meet them, rather than helping them grow with patience and encouragement. Overall, while there may be positives, the poor management, weak communication, and defensive culture make it hard to feel confident in the care provided. Children deserve a supportive and transparent environment, and I hope this centre works on those areas.

The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, balancing structured learning with plenty of free play, allowing my kids to explore their interests and develop important social skills. Communication with parents is outstanding, with regular updates and photos that make us feel connected to our child’s day. I’m especially impressed with how the staff tailors their approach to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring they feel supported and confident. Goodstart Kellyville Ridge has exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a loving and enriching environment for their kids.

The staff at this centre is amazing and genuinely care for the children. The centre is well-kept and the playground is a good size and has enough features for children to play with. The administration team is also amazing - responds to enquiries promptly and tries to assist you as much as they can. Highly recommended :)
