Heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful team at Good Start Kellyville Ridge To the amazing team at Good Start Early Learning Kellyville Ridge, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care and education you provide. Sending a child to early learning can be a daunting experience for any parent, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine love your team shows every single day made all our worries vanish. I want to extend a special thank you to the outstanding Centre Director. Her exceptional leadership, approachability, and dedication set the tone for the entire centre. It is clear that her passion filters down to the entire team, resulting in a beautifully organised, welcoming, and high-quality environment. The educators are truly the heart of this centre. Your patience, enthusiasm, and dedication to creating a stimulating and nurturing environment do not go unnoticed. I love seeing the creative activities, the focus on community, and how beautifully you support each child’s individual growth and confidence. Thank you for always making us feel welcome, for the excellent communication, and for going above and beyond to create a safe, happy "second home" for my child. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Good Start Kellyville Ridge family!

Thank you for your heartfelt review! We’re so grateful for your kind words and are delighted to hear your family has had such a positive experience with our centre. We understand how emotional those first early learning experiences can be for families, and it’s wonderful to know our educators and staff helped your family feel so welcomed, reassured and supported from the very beginning. It’s lovely to hear you value the warm, nurturing and high quality environment created by our team each day. We truly appreciate your recognition of the dedication, care and leadership shown throughout the centre, along with the engaging learning experiences and strong sense of community provided for children and families. Creating a safe, supportive where children feel valued, confident and encouraged to thrive is at the heart of everything we do. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and ongoing support!

I normally never leave reviews, but after keeping my daughter at this childcare for 1 year and 1 month, I feel other parents should know our experience. The biggest issue was that the centre refused to move children to the next room when it was developmentally appropriate for their age. My daughter stayed in the nursery long after turning 2 years old, while almost all of her original nursery classmates had already moved up to toddlers except for a few children. She was left in a group mainly with much younger babies who could not even speak yet. When I raised concerns about my daughter’s speech development and social environment, I was told the nursery room can “legally” keep children until 3 years old and that they had “inadequate staffing.” Honestly, staffing issues should not become the parents’ burden or affect a child’s development. The centre seems to focus only on basic safety, but not on the child’s overall wellbeing, development, or emotional and social needs. I had never complained about anything during the entire time my daughter attended, until I started noticing developmental concerns and realised there was apparently no plan at all to transition her appropriately after she turned 2. I found the response from management (The Director) extremely dismissive and irresponsible. Children deserve an environment suitable for their developmental stage, not to be kept behind simply because of staffing shortages.

What can I say?! Our family loves everything about this place and feel very fortunate to be a part of the the Goodstart KVR community. The staff are exceptional with the children and so so caring and welcoming. We feel at ease knowing our children will be well cared for and are in a safe and enriching environment. Thank you to all the staff for always doing an amazing job (from the admin team, to all the educators).
