Even though I’m now in Year 9 at Normanhurst Boys, I still think about my time at this kindergarten with a lot of genuine fondness. I remember walking in every morning feeling excited, because the teachers weren’t just kind — they really knew how to make every kid feel seen and supported. Some of my earliest memories of learning come from the fun activities we did there, the kind where you don’t even realise you’re learning until later. The playground and fairy garden felt like the safest place in the world to me back then, and I always knew there’d be someone watching out for us. The whole environment just felt warm and welcoming, like a place where you could be yourself and grow at your own pace. Looking back now, I honestly think this kindergarten gave me the confidence and foundation I needed for primary school and high school. It’ll always be a 5 star place in my mind

It’s a loving, nurturing environment with incredibly supportive staff who go above and beyond for the children. My kids have really enjoyed their time there, highly recommend.

My son just graduated from Kuringai Kindergarten Geckos and all I can say is am so deeply grateful for the high quality care he has received this year. My son is the youngest of four so I have had a wide variety of experiences with childcare and pre schools in the local area. This place is run with professionalism, dedication and heart. As a mum working full time I dropped my son off each morning seeing him grow and develop over the months this year with joy and gratitude. He is so ready for school next year. Kuringai ran additional school prep and extra curricular visits to Turramurra primary school, so next years cohort feel safe and ready for school. In my experience this pre school goes above and beyond and also has a good pinch of that magic that exists in dedicated early education teachers that truly believe in what they’re doing each day- caring for our most precious gifts and our next generation of humans. Thanks for so much to the teachers and staff that supported us this year.

K-Kindy has been wonderful for my two boys. It's a great space, with fluid rooms, which is wonderful when there are siblings, they get so much interaction throughout the day. The staff are kind and caring, and you can tell genuinely love spending the day with our little ones. Well run and an amazing location, right next door to the local public school (giving great exposure to the school if you're planning on sending your kids there!)

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Ku-ring-gai Kindy. The educators are warm and have been there for many years, so there’s always a familiar, comforting face for the children. The preschool program is excellent and has helped our child become more confident and independent. It truly has a family-like atmosphere, and we are very grateful for the care and support our child receives.

A lovely day-care that has a fantastic family feel. All the staff are absolutely lovely. Had no worries sending my child here and so convenient next to the primary school with dropping off and picking up my older child!
