My son Eli has been going to the centre since he was 6 months old and he has thrived and flourished into a... My son Eli has been going to the centre since he was 6 months old and he has thrived and flourished into a happy and confident 5 year old. He will be attending Primary School next year and I am so happy with the tools Chipmunks have given him to succeed. The educators are lovely and so personable; they truly care about the children. They know each child individually, their likes and dislikes, their needs and habits and help them to grow. The best decision I made for my son was to send him to this center and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to Chipmunks. I will definitely be back if I have more children in the future. Attended a tour today for potential placement at the centre. Before we walked in we heard an educator yelling “JUST WAIT” in a rude... Attended a tour today for potential placement at the centre. Before we walked in we heard an educator yelling “JUST WAIT” in a rude tone to one of the kids not sure what that was about. Secondly we walked in the staff member who greeted us was nice and completed our tour. She allowed us to spend some time in one of the rooms where my daughter would have been placed. My daughter was crawling and seems to enjoy the room at first and there was a sweet girl who interacted with my child, there was another girl who was snatching the dummy out of my daughters shirt and then proceeded to push her which caused her to fall and get scared and cried. That child then push another child and one of the educators responded by “she likes to be the centre of attention and I think she wanted to hug her” whilst she said that she pushed a boy over. Educators tried and intervened but the girl has an aggressive nature. I felt unsafe for my daughter being placed at the centre. As we walked out there was a child standing naked child the front area in full view of us being changed. They should have taken them to the bathroom for privacy, knowing that a tour was happening. This is unacceptable. I’ve been to multiple centres but this by far has left me feeling uneasy and concerned. I would feel terrible if I did not leave a genuine review for future mums looking for somewhere for their child. Read more
