I completed my Bachelor placement at Springside Kindergarten during October–November 2025 and learned so much throughout my time there. The staff were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and kind, which made the experience both enjoyable and valuable. A special mention to my mentor Zara, whose extensive knowledge, guidance, and passion for early childhood education had a huge impact on my learning. She was supportive, encouraging, and always willing to share her expertise. This placement truly inspired and motivated me to pursue employment in the early childhood sector. It helped build my confidence, skills, and understanding of quality practice, and has been an important step in my professional journey. I am extremely grateful for the experience and highly recommend Springside Kindergarten as a placement setting.
