Wonderful team and lovely centre

I cannot speak highly enough of Penguins Childcare Centre in Caroline Springs. From the moment we enrolled, the level of care, communication, and professionalism has been exceptional. The staff consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing, and genuinely supportive environment for the children. A special mention must go to Centre Manager Emma, whose leadership, kindness, and dedication truly set the tone for the entire centre. Emma is always approachable, attentive, and deeply invested in the wellbeing and progress of every child. Her passion for early education is clear in everything she does. The educators are phenomenal—patient, caring, and incredibly skilled. They take the time to understand each child’s unique needs and personality, helping them feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. The positive impact on our child’s development has been remarkable. We’ve seen huge improvements in communication, social skills, and independence, all thanks to the thoughtful programs and hands-on guidance provided by the team. Penguins Childcare isn’t just a centre—it’s a community. The staff truly care, and it shows. We are extremely grateful for the love, support, and growth our child has experienced here. Highly recommend to any family looking for a centre that genuinely puts children first.

My son attended this daycare centre from 10 months old until 2.5 years, and we only left due to relocating. Throughout our time there, Emma, the centre manager, was incredibly helpful and always did everything within her ability to support our family. The educators consistently made us feel confident and reassured about our child’s care, and it was comforting to know he was in safe hands. The staff are all warm, professional, and genuinely take the time to get to know both the children and their families. They are also very consistent in using their app to keep parents updated on their child’s day, including regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this centre.

My son is now finishing up his care with Penguin as he starts prep in a couple of weeks. He has been attending Penguin since he was about a year old and hands down, we’ve been so happy with the level of care and education provided by everyone at the centre. Aman and Minela who ran the 4 year old kinder program in 2025 were absolutely wonderful at helping my son with his resilience and confidence. Michael, Grant, Nasrin and Naomi have also been gems at making sure he settled in well over the years and made him feel like it was his second home. The numerous other educators who show that they care and also knew the name of every child in the centre regardless of whether they were looking after them in their classrooms. Of course both Emma and Julie for running such an efficient machine! Overall, the centre was great at communicating lesson plans, ensuring parents were in the know with their child’s development and that it felt like your child was genuinely cared for. My son has said he’ll miss his educators and friends as he starts his journey into primary school. We are happy though that he had the opportunity to build a solid foundation at Penguin Caroline Springs.

Based on our experience in the last 3 years, this is one of the best childcare centres in the area. Our son started here when he was just 1.5 years old and the care with which he has been looked after falls nothing short of excellent. In that time, our son has strongly connected with the educators, as they have provided the feel and safety of his own family, which is critical when you are sending your toddler to a childcare center. His learning experience has also been quite exceptional, from eating by himself, toilet training, and everything in between, including confidence to interact and communicate with other children. The center provides state-of-the-art early education activities for children to learn. Shehnaz and Nasrin deserve a special mention as they looked after my son like their own when he was at a vulnerable age in the toddler and junior kinder rooms and was the main reason why we felt comfortable during that time. In the junior kinder and kinder rooms, Naomi, Aman, and Minela have been equally excellent in ensuring his wellbeing and education. Michael also deserves a special mention - what a character! His car kept my son really interested. Sonja, Erin, Rehka, Hajinder, Simi, Victoria, Grant, Aquila, Parminder, and Sonam (apologies for missing some) will also be fondly remembered for the care they have shown. Finally, Emma and Julie manage the center to the highest quality one can imagine. Their communication and interaction with us have been a treat. I remember a time when I inquired about my childcare account in detail and Emma explained all the intricacies of that patiently and professionally. Her vision of how this childcare center should be managed and developed, keeping parents as critical stakeholders, is worthy of emulation. It is sad to end our time after 3 great years of childcare as our son is going off to school now (see photos of first and last day of my son going to CC - time flies), but he is well prepared for school thanks to these good people. All 3 of my kids attend Penguin Childcare and our experience has always been amazing. The educators take the time to really get to know each child, and you can see how much love and effort goes into everything they do. My kids have grown so much in confidence, social skills, and learning since starting at Penguin. The centre is beautifully maintained, communication with families is great, and the whole team creates such a warm community feel. We couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely incredible childcare,truly premium care. I have both my sons enrolled at Penguin Childcare Caroline Springs in different rooms, and from the very beginning the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. The level of care, communication and genuine warmth throughout the centre is outstanding. I have to mention Emma in particular. Knowing she is a parent herself has given me so much comfort. She listens, she takes on every bit of feedback with openness, and she genuinely cares for each and every child like they’re her own. The way she approaches her role is exceptional! She is kind, supportive, thorough and truly invested in the wellbeing of all the kids. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and so naturally brilliant at what they do. Also Minela in the 4 year old room is a rare find! She is also a mum but the love warmth and care she has for all the kids is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I feel genuinely grateful my kids are in such good care. It is hard to get into Penguin, but once you’re in, you immediately understand why. My boys are in the absolute best hands, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at ease leaving my children anywhere. Highly, highly recommend.
