From day one, all the staff have been so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Mateo absolutely loves coming here. The ladies from the front desk to the educators have created such a nurturing environment, and it’s clear how much effort they put into making every child feel safe, valued, and supported. Mateo has developed such a strong bond with them, and we’re so grateful for the way they’ve helped him settle in and thrive. They make him feel completely at ease, and as a parent, there’s nothing more comforting than knowing your child is happy and in the best hands. Absolutely amazing centre, all the staff are so kind, caring and compassionate. I am so thankful that I found this centre. From the moment we started attending Cairnlea Kindy and Childcare I have felt such a sense of relief knowing my little one is safe and happy. My child does struggle with anxiety at times, however ALL the staff/ educators are working so hard to help her overcome this and for that I am so appreciative. My daughter comes home and always tells me she had " A great day at kinder". and there is no better feeling knowing your child is safe and having a great time when you are at work. I cannot fault this centre at all. They are all such a beautiful team and make everyone feel welcomed into their little family. 10/10 would recommend this childcare centre.
