My son has been attending Little Stars for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. He is always very keen to go in the mornings and all the staff are lovely. Communication is excellent and we feel he is in very safe hands!

Our son has loved his time at little stars! All the staff are wonderful and the communication has been great. A big shout out to the staff in toddler 1 room who keep us up-to-date frequently.

We’re really happy with this daycare so far, even though our child has only been attending for just over a month. All of the carers are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They say hello every time we arrive, and it really means a lot that every carer in the building knows our child and also knows us as parents, it makes the environment feel very personal and safe. Communication has been very easy and open, which is so important to us. We also love how multicultural the centre is, as that’s something we really value. Our child absolutely loves the carers, and we’ve had no incidents so far. Of course, as parents you’re always cautious, but we feel reassured knowing our child is being well looked after. We love that it’s a small facility and that it’s newly renovated, it feels fresh, calm, and well set up. The food being halal is another big plus, and the app they use is updated frequently throughout the day, which we really appreciate. All meals, snacks, and bottles are provided, which makes things so much easier. On early drop-off days when I’m working very early, the carers are incredibly supportive, helping with breakfast, changing her, and even taking care of her if she arrives in warmer clothes. My baby comes back tired but super happy, yapping to me all the way home about her day. I also have noticed a significant change in her behaviour, her skills are developing faster and she seems to be learning multiple new things each day. I also want to add that every childcare centre is different, and not every facility will suit every family. We visited three very popular, well-talked-about daycares before this one and were surprised to find they weren’t the right fit for us. This experience really showed us how important it is to keep an open mind when looking, you might be pleasantly surprised by what ends up being the perfect place for your child. Overall, we feel very comfortable and confident leaving our child here and are so glad we chose this daycare.

We love Little Stars Shepparton. Since first attending in the nursery for our son and now transitioning up to the toddler room, all management staff and educators have been nothing but helpful, caring and very personable! We never feel like just a number, we always feel like our child is understood as an individual and cared for extremely well. Any time we have had to chat about a specific request for our child this has been met with nothing but genuine care and empathy and implemented immediately. We could not recommend Little Stars enough and want to say a huge big thank you to all of the staff!!! All are amazing!

My twins (toddlers) love it at little stars! They always come back home with a smile.. that’s the biggest satisfaction for any parent. We had a medical emergency recently with one of the girls and the team was so prompt, calm , professional and superquick to call the emergency services, notify me and tc of everything before I arrived. That totally won my heart. They went beyond that and Charmaine and Kristy checked on me every day for a the next few days to make sure I was alright and had the help I needed, they even reassured me with regular updates about the twins. Under Charmaine and Kristy’s leadership , the team of educators are doing so well. We are here to stay with them for a long time.
