this is a great childcare! i’m so happy i sent my child there. the staff are amazing and care for the children like they are their own

Could not experience a better day care then this centre, the staff the facility… unreal.

We’ve had our child in this centre for just over 12 months now and it was the best decision we made! Rachael and the rest of the Shepparton Busy Bees team are amazing, and so passionate about what they do. Every educator knows every child’s name (even if they don’t have direct care) and to me that is just so lovely. I highly recommend this centre to anybody that wants the best care for their child. Our child is absolutely flourishing and learns something new everyday, she loves going to daycare! Thank you Busy Bees Shepparton for loving our children like you’re own ❤️

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Busy Bees for the wonderful care given to both my children.My daughter initially experienced some separation anxiety, but with the support and patience of the educators she overcame this and came to feel very safe, happy, and confident at the centre. The environment is very warm and nurturing, and all the teachers, the manager, and the admin staff are always friendly, approachable, and professional.My son has been attending since he was around 16 months old, and now, as a two‑year‑old, he has learned so much and has grown in his social, emotional, and communication skills. The educators are very caring and engaging, and they provide a variety of activities that support his development every day. The centre is very clean and well maintained, and the food provided is healthy and of high quality, with the kitchen visible and open, which is very reassuring as a parent.We are extremely sad to be leaving Busy Bees, and the only reason we are leaving is because our family is moving permanently; otherwise, I would never choose to leave this centre. I would highly recommend Busy Bees to any family looking for a safe, caring, and high‑quality childcare service for their children.

I’ve noticed that when the toddlers are playing outside, the drink bottles are not being put out for them. My nephew often feels thirsty and doesn’t have access to water during outdoor play. This has been happening every day, and I’m quite concerned. Could you please make sure the children’s drink bottles are available outside during playtime so they can stay hydrated?
