I recently had the opportunity to do a walk-through at Village Early Learning – Springvale South, and I was really impressed with what I saw. The team were incredibly welcoming, friendly and kind, which created such a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the centre. The environment itself looks beautiful and very well maintained – it feels fresh, modern and thoughtfully set up for children. The resources available were amazing and clearly chosen to support children’s learning, creativity and play. It was wonderful to see a centre that feels so inviting and supportive for both children and families. A big thank you to the team for taking the time to show me around and for the work you do creating such a lovely learning environment!

I wish I could rate this childcare zero stars. I attended a tour where I was shown around by a staff member named Ally. When I arrived, she asked which days I was looking for care for my son, and I advised Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. During the tour, I shared that my son has a speech delay and is currently supported by a speech pathologist. Immediately after I mentioned this, her demeanour changed noticeably. She then stated that the days I was looking for were no longer available. I questioned whether this was related to my disclosure about my son’s developmental delay. She denied this but said she would get back to me. Shortly after, I received an email from her requesting details of my son’s current childcare so she could gather information about him. Following this, my son’s current childcare provided feedback expressing concern that Ally seemed more focused on how my son might be extra work, rather than discussing strategies or supports that could be put in place to assist him. I am grateful I received that honest feedback and that the negative attitude was evident during the tour itself. It confirmed my concerns. If your child has additional needs or developmental delays, I would strongly reconsider this service. Based on my experience, this childcare does not appear inclusive or supportive of neurodivergent children.

We have just started at this centre, and our experience has been wonderful so far. The centre manager has been incredibly helpful and supportive during the transition. The educators in the room are warm, happy, and easy to talk to, which has made a big difference for us. My daughter is settling in very well, and the updates we receive about her day are fantastic. It really helps ease my stress when heading to work after drop-off, knowing she is in such caring hands. She is always happy at pick-up, which is so lovely to see. We’re very grateful for the positive and nurturing environment they’ve created.

Little Roses Early Learning Center is a new childcare centre in Narre Warren South with an excellent environment for children. The centre offers beautiful indoor and outdoor play zones that are well designed, safe, and engaging, supporting both learning and active play. The team of staff are caring, friendly, and professional, creating a warm and nurturing atmosphere for children. I would highly recommend Little Roses Early Learning Center to parents in Narre Warren South who are looking for a high-quality childcare service where their children can learn, play, and thrive.

We attended the open day and felt the centre was beautifully appointed with a lovely spacious outdoor play area which the children loved. Classrooms were clean and well set up with a range of activities. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Overall a really positive atmosphere.
