I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful childcare centre for my toddler. Story House were able to accommodate K at very short notice and made the whole transition so much easier than I had anticipated.<br><br>The orientation days were fantastic, and what really stood out to me was how much effort the educators put into getting to know him. They took the time to understand his interests and even made sure there were familiar toys available to help him feel comfortable and settled. It was such a thoughtful touch and I knew he would be in good hands.<br><br>All the educators have been so warm, friendly and caring, and the centre has a really welcoming feel to it. The menu plan is nutritious and varied, and I can see that K is enjoying his meals from the daily updates.<br><br>A special thank you to Loreto who has been so kind, helpful and accommodating from the very beginning.<br><br>It's really reassuring knowing that K is somewhere he is genuinely cared for. I couldn't recommend Story House enough!

They are friendly, caring, welcoming, and truly invested in the children they look after.<br><br>The level of care and attention the educators provide is fantastic, and it gives great peace of mind knowing my kids are in such capable hands. The team consistently goes above and beyond to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. Big thanks to all educators in the junior & senior toddler rooms as well as Loreto and Monica. I genuinely look forward to seeing everyone at drop off and pick up.<br><br>A special mention also goes to Jenny, the cook, who prepares wonderful meals for the kids every day. The variety and quality of the food are excellent, and it is clear that a lot of thought and care go into what is served each day.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for everything the team at Story House Springvale South does and would highly recommend them to any family looking for a caring, professional, and welcoming childcare centre.

I'm glad that my daughter has gained confidence, social skills and learning through meaningful activities. she has been enrolled since she was 18 months old, and she has received wonderful care from her educators. Seeing her everyday going to meet her friends and teachers brightens my day.

She has grown, learned, and developed so much since she started, and it’s wonderful to see her becoming more confident and independent.<br><br>The educators are caring and supportive, and most importantly, my daughter feels happy, safe, and comfortable here. We couldn't be happier with this center! My toddler absolutely loves his teachers and even remembers the names of his lead teachers in every class he’s been in. It’s such a comfort knowing the staff are so kind and impactful that they stay on his mind even when he’s at home. On top of the wonderful care, the facilities are always spotless and incredibly well-organized.

So thankful for the team at this childcare centre. The educators are gentle, attentive, and always plan meaningful activities for the kids. They prepare healthy meals (even though my son sticks to food from home!) and their communication is excellent—they keep me informed about everything, big or small. They've also been incredibly supportive in helping me address my son’s behaviour with care and understanding. We feel truly supported and lucky to be part of this community.
