I had my son enrolled at Guardian Childcare, but due to a death in the family I had to urgently return interstate for several weeks. Despite the circumstances, Rebecca refused to refund my $100 deposit. Extremely disappointing and insensitive and it shows a complete lack of compassion and flexibility. We are now looking elsewhere to enrol our son!

Team Would like to take this oops to thank you all for all the caring which whole Guardian Tarneit team took to make my son so comfortable . I do remember when my son started care when he was almost 10 month old and whole team Bhavna , Kruti , Balpreet , Siti and all other educators made him so comfortable made him feel at home. Specially I would like to thank Bhavna and her team to take care of our son like family their passion towards work and caring nature towards young kids is exceptional.
