As a parent I really struggle with the idea of sending my children to childcare, who wouldn’t we hear the scariest accounts on the news with childcare workers doing the most disgusting acts to babies. You won’t have to worry about that AT ALL at Banyan Tree Early Learning Centre🩷 Every single detail is hand picked by the godsend Sonika and her incredible team. Everything is designed with love and purpose with no expense spared, you care truly see the heart in every aspect of this loving place. The carers let the children learn themselves, encourage independence and confidence while making sure they are safe. I especially love the buddy system they have in place where a smaller child is paired with an older mentor which encourages empathy and responsibility even before kindergarten!!!!! All amenities are pristine, extremely clean and organised to the level that even if you are coming here for you first time you’d have no problems feeling at home here. Outdoor play encourages a wide range or actives from gardening to physical fitness. There is even an automatic shade system so that the children are protected from the sun and rain. I can’t fault this place, I only wish they could duplicate themselves to every part of Australia so that more kids could get the care they truly deserve. You’ll never find a better childcare than this🩷🩷🩷🩷

Banyan child care deserves more than 5 stars rating. Especially owner, Sonika, such a hardworking and amazing person with kids . Child care is amazing in all aspect like hygiene, food quality, early learning activities and craft. My son learnt alot from child care .They even provide A2 milk for kids and listens to parents concerns very carefully and genuinely work on them. With my elder son I have very bad experience with other child care, they only care about money but here they do care about your child genuinely . All thanks to Sonika, who is always there to listen to parents and work with educators closely. I highly recommend Banyana child care to everyone. The peace of mind you get when you drop your child here is everything for me.Your child is always well taken care.Even parents of all children know each other by constant get togethers like anthaksari, mothers day or many more events organised by sonika. From the moment we walked in for our first tour, we could feel the warmth and nurturing atmosphere. The director "Sonika" is very passionate and caring. She is very attentive, understanding, experienced and knows how to make every child feel secure and comfortable. She genuinely cares for all the kids unlike other commercialised centres these days. The staff members are all professionals and they genuinely care for the well-being of the child. The Banyan tree early learning centre excels in all aspects. The centre is impeccably clean and they maintain a high degree of hygiene at all times. Sonika regularly shares the educational program on OWNA which is well planned. Overall, this place is truly a home away from home for our toddler. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the best centres in the area.

If I could give this school 10 stars I would!! You know it is an amazing place when they don’t ever want to leave at pick up. I love that my son feel as though it is his home away from home.Ever since enrolling my kid I’ve seen many improvements. This place is great. You just get this good and positive energy as soon as you walk in and to top it off the staff is amazing too! Sonika n all the other staff members,they take such great care of my son, it makes me happy to send him off every morning and know he’ll be taken care of.They always have time to say hi, smile, or get a hug from my son❤️ All my questions were kindly answered and when I thought of more questions at a later time, they were happy to answer them too! Definitely made the right choice by choosing this place! Lots f cuddles n happy children!!❤️❤️

Banyan Tree ELC in Riverstone is worth 5+ stars. They provide utmost care to the little ones. My son is one among the first batch, he loves going to Banyan Tree and Sonika's cuddles, I must say. The educators are doing a great job. The food they provide is nutritious. The events are unique and appreciates every culture. Sonika has put her whole effort in bringing the best for the kids in the centre. She and her team keep special interest in the kids growth. I would highly recommend Banyan Tree, Sonika and her team to provide the best care for your little ones.

I am delighted to share my experience with Banyan Tree ELC, where my 1 year old daughter has been attending from 3 months. Our time with them has been exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the care they provide. My daughter found it difficult with the previous childcare, but to our surprise she settled down very well here. Safety and Security: The safety measures are top-notch. Their secure entry and exit procedures and regular fire drills have always given me peace of mind. Staff: The caregivers and educators are passionate and dedicated professionals. They truly understand child development and have a nurturing approach that has greatly contributed to my daughter's growth. I should make a special mention of Caroline and Monika, with whom my daughter has developed a deep trust and bond. Also, Sonika the centre head is extremely passionate and lovable person. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The facility is impeccably clean, and they maintain a high standard of hygiene. It's clear that they prioritize the health and well-being of the children. Curriculum and Activities: The curriculum is well-rounded, offering a perfect blend of learning and play. Sonika regularly shares the Educational program, which is quite diversified and well planned, a week before. The team celebrates various occasions, like kids birthdays, religious and non-religious festivals. Thanks to the engaging activities and interactions. Communication: The communication between the staff and parents is excellent. I appreciate the regular updates on my daughter's progress, daily activities, and any concerns or questions are addressed promptly through the OWNA app and also on WhatsApp. Flexibility: Sonika and team has been accommodating with our schedule and understanding during unforeseen circumstances, which is a tremendous help for working parents. Cost: While quality child care is an investment, I find the cost a little on the higher side, but given the exceptional level of care provided, it is fine. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend BTELC to any parent seeking a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their child. The genuine care and dedication of the staff have made it a second home for my daughter, and I couldn't be happier with our choice.
