My son had been going to explorers for over a year now and has transitioned through 2 rooms since starting and I am pleased to say this has been one of the smoothest transitions. All educators in both rooms have been amazing and the activities they do daily is amazing. Sports, arts, music gardening and so much more. Read more

Deeply disappointing and neglectful – not recommended. My two sons were enrolled at Explorers Early Learning Clyde North for over 1.5 years, and I deeply regret keeping them there for that long. There was virtually no meaningful learning, and the overall standard of care was unacceptably poor. My younger son, who is a fussy eater, was repeatedly not even offered food due to his eating behaviours. On one occasion, a casual staff member openly admitted that he hadn’t been given anything to eat because “he’s fussy” and told me this had been happening for quite some time. She was concerned enough to suggest that I take action so that he could finally receive the care he deserved. No parent should ever be told that their child is going hungry in care. My son would regularly come home hungry and unclean, even at late pick-up times. It was clear he was being overlooked, not supported, and certainly not educated. My older son, while more independent, also received minimal educational benefit and was left to largely look after himself. There was no real engagement or development happening at the centre. The environment was chaotic and unstable, with constant staff turnover leading to a toxic atmosphere. My children had no opportunity to build trusting relationships with educators due to the revolving door of staff. It was disorganised, unsettling, and far from the nurturing environment children need. When I formally raised my concerns in writing to the centre’s management, I was told by the manager that she would take care of the matter. However, no action was taken. I also received an alarming response from the regional manager, who replied to my email by asking for photos of “injury marks” she claimed to recall. This was deeply concerning, as I had never been informed of any such incident. It raised serious doubts about whether something had occurred that was not reported to me or she couldnt even bother to read my email, and I never received any follow-up or explanation after that point. To make matters worse, I completed a parent review that was supposed to be confidential and not shared with educators. However, it clearly was shared, as the very next day the attitude in the room changed and the impact was immediately visible in the daily photos. This was not only unprofessional—it was retaliatory and unacceptable. Since moving both of my sons to a new centre six months ago, the transformation has been remarkable. They are now thriving—happy, learning, well-fed, and supported in every way. The difference only highlights how neglected they were at Explorers Clyde North. I strongly urge other parents to reconsider enrolling their children here. The lack of care, communication, professionalism, and accountability is not just disappointing—it is damaging and potentially dangerous. Read more

Poor and rude customer service by the trainee lady from management team. I booked and went for the centre tour. Of course we know that I should pay out of pocket if coming private centre. The way she explains the fees by showing her pant pocket is worst thing ever. Let your staff to educate herself first before approaching customer/parents.Don't judge someone without knowing anything. If we're looking for private kinda that mean we know the expenses and we ready to pay. You will continue lost people if the staff remains the same character. Read more
