Truly Exceptional Early Learning Centre – Deeply Grateful for the Journey! Our daughter joined this centre at just 9 months old and stayed until 26 months, and we couldn’t have asked for a better start to her early years. If not for our interstate move, we would have happily continued with them for much longer. From the very beginning, the team supported her through constant transitions—milk changes, evolving sleep routines, and her day‑to‑day developmental needs—with remarkable patience and care. Every morning and evening, the handover conversations were warm, thoughtful, and detailed, giving us reassurance and a clear picture of her day. The centre’s festivities and cultural events were always organised with such attention to detail, making each occasion feel meaningful for both children and parents. It created a wonderful sense of belonging. A very special recognition goes to Miss Jenny and Miss Dalin, who built exceptionally warm, secure, and loving relationships with our daughter. The bond she formed with them was beautiful to witness. Their nurturing presence, gentle guidance, and genuine affection made her feel safe, confident, and deeply connected. They will always hold a special place in our hearts. The centre is well-organised, hygienic, and beautifully maintained, with each room having its own safe and spacious play area. Apart from a few seasonal colds early on (particularly during winter), she rarely fell ill—and never anything serious—which speaks volumes about their hygiene standards and care. We’re also incredibly grateful for the wonderful administration team, especially Wendy and Gloria, whose consistent communication, warmth, and behind‑the‑scenes efforts kept everything running smoothly. Their leadership sets the tone for the entire centre. This early learning centre provided our daughter with security, joy, and a nurturing environment to grow in—and gave us, as parents, immense peace of mind. We will always look back on our time here with gratitude and love.

We are so thankful to KELC because our son is well fed, happy and nurtured by an extremely warm and thoughtful team of educators and staff. In case the care, activities, meals, large outdoor space and play areas aren't impressive enough, they also provide regular updates through an app and make-up vouchers for sick days. This is an amazing centre run by people who truly care and I'd recommend it to any parent looking in the area.

Our son has attended this daycare since he was almost 12 months old, he is now almost 3. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and truly care about each child and are genuine in their care. We love Kingsford Early Learning Centre. My daughter was there with pre-school program before starting Kindy, and my son started in the baby’s room there before he turned 2. They both really enjoyed the environment, the program and the educators there. The management team is amazing. The educators are so caring and supportive. We have two kids currently here and have had such a good experience with both. The attention the kids get is amazing, I have never once seen an upset child not being immediately attended to in over two years. The educators are always down on the floor with them or running around. The education in the older two rooms is so good, our oldest learned to count to 20 before he was two! And they were so supportive with potty training etc. Our baby is fairly demanding and they have looked after him so well and been so diligent about his allergies.

I enrolled my 10-month-old at this centre following a recommendation from a friend. We inspected several day care centres around the Kingsford area, but ultimately chose KELC because it offers a large outdoor play areas, which really stood out to us. My son has now been at the centre for about a year, and the quality of care he has received has been exceptional. The educators are attentive and genuinely caring — they followed his nap schedules and made the transition feel seamless for both of us. The flexibility of offering make-up days for sick days has also been a huge plus and very much appreciated as a parent. We’ve been extremely happy with our experience at KELC and would confidently recommend it to other families looking for a nurturing and supportive childcare centre
