My daughter (13 months) has been going here for almost 3 months and she loves it. The educators Heleen,Linda and Fawzia from Joey room are very kind and empathetic and have made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable and welcome. The receptionists are all so friendly and accommodating. The space it self feels very homely. Being around so much bush land is also a great bonus. There is a real community feel to this place and I feel lucky to have found it thanks to the recommendation from another mother from my mother's group. Read more

I cannot in good conscience recommend this childcare service to any family. Over the past two years, the quality of care has dramatically declined under the current management, and what was once a safe, nurturing environment has become complacent and careless. Centre managers routinely park all day in the 15-minute drop-off zones, ignoring parking signages and laws. It speaks volumes about the lack of integrity and disregard for community standards. My son too noticed this and asked me why they were able to park there whilst his educators had to park at the staff car park 300m away and walk. Staffing practices are deeply concerning. Babies are routinely merged with toddlers and 3-year-olds into one group in the mornings until a second staff member arrives, a highly inappropriate and unsafe arrangement, especially without timely communication to parents. I only found out about this after raising the issue myself, with no apology or acknowledgement of the risk this poses to young children. Financial practices here are dodgy at best. I highly advise parents to closely check their invoices, especially around long weekends. Our 10-hour bookings were quietly changed to 10.75 hours without notice, with management claiming it was to claim extra Child Care Subsidy from Centrelink. This behaviour is deeply unethical. Undertrained, underpaid, and unsupported staff are left to manage impossible workloads, resulting in preventable incidents and a culture of complacency. It’s telling that educators frequently complain about their own management team within earshot of families, which reflects the broader dysfunction of this service. I would strongly recommend families seek alternative care options. There are much safer, more transparent, and ethical centres in our community who genuinely prioritise children’s wellbeing over cutting costs and dodging accountability. Read more

Everyone is very special, from the educators to the administration staff. The educators are all experienced, the administration and leadership staff are always smiling and welcoming. The facility is clean, play areas plentiful and classroom sizes are small, so kids aren't packed into classrooms like sardines. Feel very fortunate to have discovered this centre 🙂 Read more

I am extremely happy with the care that we receive every day in this centre. Everyone is very special, from the educators to the administration staff. They have made my life so much easier. They very considerate and flexible. I was not sure how I was going to be able to study after being a parent but they have made it possible. They were also very accommodating during the initial adaptation process. Facilities are also great! very spacious. It is very hard to feel comfortable to leave your children with others but I trust them so much. Thank you! Read more
