I had a wonderful experience at this centre as a placement student. The educators and staff were very welcoming, supportive and friendly. I learned a lot from observing and participating in daily routines, group time, play-based learning activities and interactions with children. The centre provides a safe, caring and engaging environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn and build confidence. I am very grateful for the support and guidance I received during my placement. I would highly recommend this centre.

We recently moved neighbourhoods and were quite worried about how our daughter would go transitioning to a new childcare centre, as she had been very settled and happy at her previous one. After touring a few centres, we decided on Goodstart Karl Court and boy were we happy with our decision! The educators Jinni, Cristeen, Cassie, Henna, Frank, along with the wonderful centre management team, Kate, Mel and Rachel, all worked together to help our daughter feel safe, supported and welcomed. She transitioned beautifully and now absolutely loves going there. Every time you walk into the centre you’re greeted with friendly smiling faces and delicious smells from the kitchen. The teachers in our daughter's room (4-year-old kinder room) put a lot of effort into the educational programs and activities which we really appreciate. We’re very grateful for everything you do.

We are truly grateful for the experience we've had at Goodstart Karl Court. From our very first day, everyone has welcomed us with genuine kindness, understanding, and respect. Over these past few years, it’s been such a blessing to feel part of a community where stability and warmth go hand in hand. There is an incredibly low turnover of staff, not only across the centre but also within each room. This consistency means a lot us and has helped our child feel comfortable and secure. It's clear that the educators and staff take the time to get to know all the children, not just those in their immediate classrooms - we love seeing how every child is greeted by name and how the kids trust and feel comfortable with all the educators. We also really appreciate how carefully they monitor the educator-to-child ratio. We've noticed staff regularly checking in with each other to make sure the right numbers are in place for each age group - to overhear these conversations reassures us that everyone at Goodstart Karl Court is committed to quality care and safety for everyone. To the staff - thanks again for everything you do. Your dedication and care to our child's development and education is beyond compare, and we will be forever grateful.

We’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with Karl Court Daycare, dating back to 2021. The team has been incredibly caring and nurturing towards our two boys, creating a safe and supportive environment. The educators genuinely care about the children and it shows every day. We’re so grateful for the role Karl Court has played in helping our boys learn, grow, and feel happy. Would definitely recommend this service to any parent!!!

Good Start Early Learning Bundoora has been such a special place for our family. After trying three other childcare centres with my first child, we finally found this centre and it stood out straight away. The care, attention and genuine love the educators show the children is something you can truly feel the moment you walk in. It gives us so much confidence as parents knowing our kids are somewhere they are not just looked after, but genuinely cared about. Our second child now attends and can be a bit of a high-maintenance little character at times, but the team embrace her completely and love her all the same. That kind of patience, warmth and understanding means the world to us. The centre is beautifully led by Cate, whose leadership clearly flows through the whole team. The educators she leads are kind, dedicated and truly exceptional. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this centre and couldn’t recommend it more highly.
