Welcome to Woodlands Childcare & Education, where curiosity is encouraged, learning is inspired, and every child is truly seen and supported.

With a growing network of centres across Victoria – and a goal to reach 26 locations by 2026 – we are committed to delivering high-quality care and early education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Our passionate educators deliver play-based programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, supporting each child’s unique strengths, interests and developmental stage.

At Woodlands, families are our partners. We create inclusive, nurturing environments that celebrate diversity, encourage strong connections, and set the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

At Woodlands, we celebrate the rich cultural diversity of our families and team. Our educators speak a wide range of languages including Filipino, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, Cantonese, Gujarati, Bahasa Indonesia, Pashto, and English. This helps us better support children and families from different backgrounds, build strong connections, and create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels seen, heard and understood.
