A hidden gem in the suburb of Blackburn. This kindergarten has been and will be our home for 4 years and 2 kids. Big open spaces means lots of opportunities for learning, play and friendships. With a short walk to nature, Warekila gives a chance for bush kinder, a gentle walk exploring what our land has to offer. Warekila has affiliations with Whitehorse Primary School and builds peer friendship with older kids with a buddy system, making transition for our littlies to school so much easier. The educators have been so supportive to both my kids. If it weren't for their daily observations and a preschool field officer prompt, I would have not known my son had an invisible disability. By noticing differences amongst his peers and supporting my boy. I am ever grateful to the wonderful educators at Warekila for the years of support. A wonderful kindergarten choice. 5 stars!!!

Really love this Kinder! We looked at a lot of different kinders in our area, and am glad we chose Warekila in the end. Our child loves it! It has a huge yard, caring teachers and a wonderful community. Our child loves the bush kinder program. And it has a long program 8.30-4 which really helps us working parents! So so much better than daycare, and it's free! So lucky to have such a great kinder so close by.

As a grandparent and ex primary teacher I have found Warekila Preschool to be a very welcoming and stimulating environment. Both my grandchildren have thoroughly enjoyed the varied and creative program. I have been impressed by how preschool educators manage to individualise their students programs and work on key objectives. The educators have been very flexible through Covid restrictions and have remained open for the children of essential workers.

A wonderful, warm atmosphere, committed staff and a unique program. The children love the regular bush kinder.

Love this little kinder. Both my children attend warekila. Its a lovely little kinder tucked away from any busy roads. A safe haven for them. Highly recommend.

Great kindergarten, fantastic staff and a wonderful sense of community. They run a full day program instead of just a few hours which is such a welcome change for working parents! We are so happy that our family moved to Warekila. Keep up the great work guys!
