From the very beginning, the staff created a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for her. Shout out to Janelle! Over the years, the staff built a strong, trusting relationships with my daughter. Each educator has their focus children and they listen to each child’s needs and take the time to really know them as individuals. They are incredibly attentive, not just to daily routines, but to the emotional cues children express. As my child prepare to go to big school, she had to learn to regulate her emotions and we were impressed by the way they supported emotional regulation. Our child has learned so much about identifying her feelings and expressing them in healthy ways. We truly can’t thank the educators enough for their care and support in helping her grow and get ready for big school. Thank you all the Crocs educators! The back office is also very well structured. The staff were always planning activities for the kids and parents! I attended positive parenting and preparing for big school seminar. I found them very helpful and learned a lot about my child and myself. We had such a great experience with this daycare and would highly recommend them to other families! Thank you 360! Read more
