We’ve seen such incredible development in Elya over the past few months at Montessori Academy. Her growth has been remarkable, she’s more engaged, curious, and confident every day. It’s clear that the environment and the educators truly support each child’s individual development. As parents, nothing matters more to us than Elya’s wellbeing and progress, and we genuinely feel we made the best possible choice. We couldn’t be happier with the care and education she’s receiving.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. Our experience has been nothing but positive, and we have seen our children truly thrive in this nurturing Montessori environment. From our first interaction with Ms Marie, it was clear that the centre’s modern facilities, exceptional cleanliness, thoughtfully designed program, and, most importantly, its genuine dedication to the children in their care are second to none. A very special thank you to Ms Kabita in the Toddler room, who truly took our son under her wing. Her lesson planning and daily activities are thoughtfully prepared, engaging, and perfectly aligned with Montessori principles. Our son is stimulated, supported, and always encouraged to work toward his next developmental step. We love seeing how this carries through at home. He is eager to practise his independence by squeezing oranges, making sandwiches, and using tongs to serve food at meal times. We are so proud of his accomplishments, made possible with the incredible support of Miss Kabita and the entire team. Our younger son has recently started in the Pre-Toddler room, and we couldn’t be happier with the nurturing love and care he receives from all of the Educators, particularly Ms Nurdiah, Ms Kanta, Ms Afroza, Ms Chloe and Ms Meheera. He is already excited to go to school each day, and we can see his little mind expanding as his world opens up in such a safe and loving environment. A heartfelt thank you as well to the beautiful Nicolette, our Family Care Officer, who has been incredibly supportive of our family. She is always responsive, helpful, and kind. We are truly grateful to be part of this community under the guidance of Miss Marie. This centre has exceeded our expectations, and we feel so lucky to have our children learning, growing, and flourishing here.

Marie Arvanitis runs this place like a CEO. She is nothing short of professional and approachable and is super helpful and intelligent! And the educators in Preschool 1 & 2 are so caring and nurturing. They treat the children like their own. We are very grateful for all your hard work!

Dedication, hard work, and effective administration is evident every time we entrust our little one to you. We have increased our attendance as the team continues to exceed our expectations every day. Big shout out to Ms Ellie for providing exceptional continuity of care - her passion for children coupled with exceptional communication provide us with comfort and peace of mind - something which is invaluable and we are grateful for. Partnering with Ms Phuong, who evidently applies the Montessori principles every moment of her education and care, they make a great team who my son looks forward to seeing, and refusing to leave, every day!

One of the best daycare centres iv seen. My son transitioned there just a few months ago and is excelling already. The facility is well organised and run very smoothly by the team there. So grateful we got into this centre.

It has been the best decision enrolling at Earlwood Montessori Academy. My 1 year old son started in the infants room early this year room and absolutely loves it! The educators are fantastic, the learning experiences are super stimulating/educational and the Manager, Marie, has gone above and beyond to make our new childcare journey a welcoming and positive experience! She really cares about my child and works closely with team to make sure the children are happy and well looked after. If you’re thinking of a new service to put your child in, I would not look anywhere else!!

We were at this centre for three years. In that time, there were four different centre managers and a revolving door of educators in the preschool rooms — so many that I genuinely lost count. There was no stability of educators in the rooms. Make of that what you will. Fees went up at least four times during our time there. That’s a lot of change and a potential pattern for the next years. Before deciding, I’d suggest you really observe what’s going on. Look at how much natural light and ventilation the rooms actually get. Watch how often the children are taken outdoors — and how engaged the educators are while they’re with them. Our experience? A few educators who truly cared. The rest seemed to be more about supervision than connection. And for young kids, connection matters. They talk about excursions. They don’t do them. Incursions are the fallback, and when it rains, expect your child to spend most of the day indoors. There’s a lot of repetition in activities, and not much that feels new, imaginative, or exploratory. At its core, this centre felt more like a scaled business model than a nurturing environment built for growth and belonging. If what you’re looking for is a safe, consistent place where your child forms genuine relationships with their educators and is surrounded by a relaxed environment (instead of 100 kids constantly screaming at each other) — this might not be it. Take the time to watch closely how this centre is run before you make a decision.

As a mother of three toddlers less than 12 months apart, This daycare has been nothing but a blessing for myself and my children. From the time I drop off my children, to the time I pick them up they are always well looked after and taken care of by the educators as if they were their own children.. I recently was diagnosed with cancer and Ms Marie Arvanitis (the new centre manager) and her team have gone above and beyond to help my children and I adjust to the circumstances whilst continuing a routine for them while we navigate through my illness. This has helped me have peace of mind during my treatment knowing my kids are in safe hands while I am unable to look after them. I would also like to say a big thankyou to Miss Josie for continuously checking in on me aswell as my kids educators for always making them feel loved and secure. If you would like a daycare that nurtures and educates your children then look no further.

The centre was once an amazing place to send your children to, until Ms Peta Ms Chanel and Ms Josie, where put in charge and all of a sudden your child’s best interests were no longer valid!! There bad attitudes forced me to remove my child from the center as I no longer felt my child was happy at the centre and was not treated with kindness. Another factor was putting non speaking English people in the preschool room and having two males in the preschool rooms at the same time. It is such a shame, when Ms Claudia was running the centre it was a place of happiness and respect.

I highly recommend Earlwood Montessori Academy! From the moment you walk in, the staff at the front desk make you feel welcome and at ease. The educators are simply amazing – caring, attentive, and passionate. My child has been going there for around 4 months and is thriving and loves his days days there.
