My daughter has commenced in the infants room and I couldn’t be happier with her transition into care. The team are so warm and friendly, she settled in relatively quickly and I know it’s because of their attentiveness and love. The educators update me about her day without me asking for information, her belongings are always packed in her bag ready for pick up time. The documentation we receive is incredibly detailed, giving us a beautiful snapshot of her time and the learning that took place that day. I would also like to praise the Nominated Supervisor, Marie, for her professionalism and care. It’s a wonderful service and community ti be a part of.

Our child has been attending Earlwood Montessori for nearly a year across the babies and pre-toddlers room. Their transition between the two was seamless. We appreciate the following * Proactive, thoughtful and experienced educators with clear, professional and prompt communication * Wide variety of menu rotation and activities * Structure and cleanliness * Staff are always available for a chat including separate appointments Thank you to all.

The Montessori Academy brand is not one i'd recommend. It operates as Australia's largest privately owned childcare group which has resulted in high staff turnover, a lack of care and lack of local community feel. We were so excited to send our kid to a Montessori style daycare, the philosophy and program has taught our child some good skills, but overall we weren't happy with this centre and ended up pulling our toddler out when we got a placement elsewhere immediately. On several occasions, they came home with marks, bruises or cuts that should have been reported, but were not. When we confronted the teachers, they would always say it was not really a big deal or that no one saw it. They have CCTV EVERYWHERE so it seems unlikely that they couldn't just replay footage to understand what went down. The teachers that are there at the beginning of the day, are not there at pickup so lots of communication gets lost. Whilst the teachers we had were mostly nice and friendly, they're so slammed and overworked at the end of the day, they don't have any time to debrief or have a chat about your kid's day. The director even sent communication at the end of the year to say that because the Christmas period was so busy for their staff, please refrain from engaging in long conversations with the educators at the end of the day. They went from having an in-house chef, to getting all meals catered externally, and there were a few instances of allergies not being tended to ending in a kid being hospitalised not once but twice. They were having the same basic meals all the time, either a meatball pasta or a white rice and curry everyday. For the cost of the fees, you would think that everything was included, but it cost extra to have your kid enrolled in the sports program which is ridiculous compared to other centres where they do excursions, happy feet, soccer etc. all included in the daily fees. It took them something like 6 months to get their carpark elevator fixed which was disappointing for an organisation valued at $245 Million. An absolute punish and not accessible for parents who have prams or are in wheelchairs parking downstairs. Have still given a 4 star rating as my child was engaged for the most part, made friends and as far as we know, safe which is the basic asks of childcare. But even though there aren't a whole lot of options for childcare in Earlwood, I would try to avoid this centre till they lift their game. A big shoutout to some of the staff who were lovely and made our short time there - Miss Natalie, Miss Celina + Mr Chau, Ms Juvey, Miss Josie, Miss Sarita.

My daughter started about a month ago in the baby room and I can already see how safe and secure she feels with these ladies. This team goes above and beyond for her and I can't imagine her being anywhere else. A well kept, clean, modern centre. She loves the tropical fish tank

My children has been here for almost 2 years now. The space is beautiful, the educators are always up for a chat and help come up with solutions to any issues i have. They are all very approachable and know my kids names after just 1 class. They respect and understand every requirement i have for my kids and respect that. The educators even know my kids friends in school before my kid can even say their friends' names. I love that there is a large outdoor/indoor play area for them to roam even during wet weather. I'm so grateful that we are able to attend this Montessori Academy and watch my children grow here. :)

We’ve seen such incredible development in Elya over the past few months at Montessori Academy. Her growth has been remarkable, she’s more engaged, curious, and confident every day. It’s clear that the environment and the educators truly support each child’s individual development. As parents, nothing matters more to us than Elya’s wellbeing and progress, and we genuinely feel we made the best possible choice. We couldn’t be happier with the care and education she’s receiving.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. Our experience has been nothing but positive, and we have seen our children truly thrive in this nurturing Montessori environment. From our first interaction with Ms Marie, it was clear that the centre’s modern facilities, exceptional cleanliness, thoughtfully designed program, and, most importantly, its genuine dedication to the children in their care are second to none. A very special thank you to Ms Kabita in the Toddler room, who truly took our son under her wing. Her lesson planning and daily activities are thoughtfully prepared, engaging, and perfectly aligned with Montessori principles. Our son is stimulated, supported, and always encouraged to work toward his next developmental step. We love seeing how this carries through at home. He is eager to practise his independence by squeezing oranges, making sandwiches, and using tongs to serve food at meal times. We are so proud of his accomplishments, made possible with the incredible support of Miss Kabita and the entire team. Our younger son has recently started in the Pre-Toddler room, and we couldn’t be happier with the nurturing love and care he receives from all of the Educators, particularly Ms Nurdiah, Ms Kanta, Ms Afroza, Ms Chloe and Ms Meheera. He is already excited to go to school each day, and we can see his little mind expanding as his world opens up in such a safe and loving environment. A heartfelt thank you as well to the beautiful Nicolette, our Family Care Officer, who has been incredibly supportive of our family. She is always responsive, helpful, and kind. We are truly grateful to be part of this community under the guidance of Miss Marie. This centre has exceeded our expectations, and we feel so lucky to have our children learning, growing, and flourishing here.

Marie Arvanitis runs this place like a CEO. She is nothing short of professional and approachable and is super helpful and intelligent! And the educators in Preschool 1 & 2 are so caring and nurturing. They treat the children like their own. We are very grateful for all your hard work!

Dedication, hard work, and effective administration is evident every time we entrust our little one to you. We have increased our attendance as the team continues to exceed our expectations every day. Big shout out to Ms Ellie for providing exceptional continuity of care - her passion for children coupled with exceptional communication provide us with comfort and peace of mind - something which is invaluable and we are grateful for. Partnering with Ms Phuong, who evidently applies the Montessori principles every moment of her education and care, they make a great team who my son looks forward to seeing, and refusing to leave, every day!
