My husband and I have had such an amazing experience with Bright Stars Montessori Preschool. The educators genuinely care about the children, and the Montessori learning approach has worked so well for both of my girls. After having a couple of bad experiences with previous childcare centres with my eldest daughter, I was very hesitant about enrolling my children anywhere else. But Bright Stars completely changed that for us. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating of my daughter’s severe allergies and dietary restrictions. She is anaphylactic to so many things, and the educators managed her care so carefully and professionally that she never had a single incident or anaphylactic attack during her entire time there until she started primary school. What really stood out to me was how included and safe they made her feel despite how delicate her condition is. That level of care gave us so much peace of mind as parents. My youngest daughter and nephew are still attending Bright Stars, and honestly, any future children we have will probably attend there too. Another thing I absolutely love is how well cared for the children are throughout the day. I drop my girls off looking fresh and clean, and they still come home looking and smelling clean! Even with all the painting, sensory play, and fun activities they do, their clothes somehow come home with minimal stains. It’s such a small thing, but as a parent, it really makes a difference because I don’t have to worry about them ruining nice clothes. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care, teaching methods, and support Bright Stars has provided our family over the years. We are so grateful for everything the educators and staff have done for our children.

They were so accommodating when I continued to nurse my child at the childcare and they were very understanding to my anxiety about my children's food intolerances. Adhering to an enriching program that utilises the Montessori method of teaching while linking to the early years learning framework. This ensures our programs are diverse and cater for every child.
Visual – prefers pictures and images
Auditory – prefers sounds and musical methods
Verbal – prefers words both in speech and writing
Physical – prefers using their body, sense of touch, muscle memory
Each of the above learning styles are implemented throughout the program in each room and are delivered by our team of experienced educators who are handpicked to compliment and balance the teams skill set.
Working in small groups enhances the learning environment for the child allowing the educators to really engage each and every child while also scanning the group for any child who may be struggling with a particular element. We also have a buffer of staff (on an ordinary day) during the peak learning times to ensure we can direct our attention where it is required without hampering the flow of the room.
We believe school readiness is practiced each and every day. Children need to be introduced to a structured learning environment well before starting kindergarten.
