Families of the centre were asked to review Blossom Vale Community to help counteract previous low scoring comments. Its disappointing, although entitled to her opinion that a team member would review their own work place.

A lovely, homely childcare centre with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are kind, caring, and always make the children feel safe and happy. I’m very grateful for the wonderful care they provide and would highly recommend this centre.

Our experience at Blossomvale has been nothing short of amazing. Over the past year, the centre has made huge improvements, and it’s clear things are continuing to get better and better. The environments are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Yes, there has been some staff turnover, but every new educator we’ve met has been warm, welcoming, and truly dedicated. We receive detailed updates about our children’s day, and the educators consistently go the extra mile—not just for our children, but for all families. Communication is fantastic, and the Centre Manager is always approachable, greeting everyone with a smile and genuine interest. She listens, checks in, and supports our needs, which makes a big difference. We feel confident and happy with the care and commitment at Blossomvale and highly recommend this centre to other families.

I have been with BV for many years thankful of the relationships my children built with their educators. The atmosphere was family like, the staff genuinely cared and went above and beyond. The last year I watched this slowly reduce, with only a few of the educators left that my children would happily go to. Its just so sad that changes in staff could impact so much and concerning that so many have left. We miss the communication and what use to be. Aside from that we would like to thank some of the team for making our childrens journey through childcare memorable and a positive start as they entre big school. Special mention to Dani, Teagan, Sarah, Jane, Yvonne, Kiara, Sue, Andrea.

As a parent and educator I have witnessed the good things and the not so especially this part year. Despite having the word "community" in the name the centre isnt community based. Despite the dollars families pay, very little is invested back into the centre. Meals are heavily bulked up with pasta and rice. Budgets for resources is minimal. Something also needs to be done to retain staff.

Our son has been at Blossomvale for over three years and has been through all three rooms. It’s been wonderful to watch him grow and thrive there. There’s certainly been some change over the past year, but in our experience, the quality of care has never wavered, the educators continue to be so supportive, especially with our son’s separation anxiety. We’ve always felt he’s in good hands. The rooms and play yards have all been refreshed recently and the learning environment just keeps getting better and better. The staff are kind, welcoming, and always go out of their way to accommodate our family’s needs. We’re really grateful for everything they do and couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Blossomvale. The educators have been so welcoming to us as a family, and my daughter loves going to childcare. The recent sports day festivities were so much fun, she talked about it for days after. Thank you for such an amazing start to our little girls learning.

I waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to give an honest and balanced perspective. Over the years at Blossomvale, I built lovely, genuine relationships with many of the educators. Sadly, a number of these familiar faces have recently left, and the centre now feels less consistent than it once did. I really miss the sense of stability and continuity that made it feel so special. I understand that little bumps and bruises can happen with active children, but my child has come home with marks that staff couldn’t explain — and more concerningly, has been given his allergen at meal times on three separate occasions. That’s been very worrying for us as parents. I still love the homely, welcoming feel of Blossomvale — it was the reason I chose the centre over some of the newer, more corporate options. But with so many long-standing staff gone, it doesn’t quite feel like the same place we joined. I was also informed that the review below from Daniel was written by the husband of another centre manager — and his child has not actually attended the centre. I’m concerned that some information being shared may not be accurate, (which contributed to my lower review) and I think this connection is worth noting for transparency.

Dropped in for our second tour recently and appears the care has decreased significantly in the last 10 months. Witnessing a staff member being rough isn't ideal. Recommended Aldersey st to others but sadly cannot say this now.

Staff are very caring but since changes with management the vibe, friendliness and communication isn't the same. Centre is very home like but would be nice to see some more resources.
