Our son has been at Blossomvale for over three years and has been through all three rooms. It’s been wonderful to watch him grow and thrive there. There’s certainly been some change over the past year, but in our experience, the quality of care has never wavered, the educators continue to be so supportive, especially with our son’s separation anxiety. We’ve always felt he’s in good hands. The rooms and play yards have all been refreshed recently and the learning environment just keeps getting better and better. The staff are kind, welcoming, and always go out of their way to accommodate our family’s needs. We’re really grateful for everything they do and couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives. The educators have been so welcoming to us as a family, and my daughter loves going to childcare. The recent sports day festivities were so much fun, she talked about it for days after. I waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to give an honest and balanced perspective. Over the years at Blossomvale,... I waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to give an honest and balanced perspective. Over the years at Blossomvale, I built lovely, genuine relationships with many of the educators. Sadly, a number of these familiar faces have recently left, and the centre now feels less consistent than it once did. I really miss the sense of stability and continuity that made it feel so special. I understand that little bumps and bruises can happen with active children, but my child has come home with marks that staff couldn’t explain — and more concerningly, has been given his allergen at meal times on three separate occasions. That’s been very worrying for us as parents. I still love the homely, welcoming feel of Blossomvale — it was the reason I chose the centre over some of the newer, more corporate options. But with so many long-standing staff gone, it doesn’t quite feel like the same place we joined. I was also informed that the review below from Daniel was written by the husband of another centre manager — and his child has not actually attended the centre. I’m concerned that some information being shared may not be accurate, (which contributed to my lower review) and I think this connection is worth noting for transparency. Read more

Our son had a rocky start and was very emotional, and they had all the patience in the world for him, going the extra mile to make him feel connected, seen and loved. Having incredible educators who you trust to not only grow your child’s skills and smarts, but to actually nurture their emotional development too is everything. That’s exactly what Blossomvale do! My son LOVES childcare now (and worships his educators in the toddler room) and even asks to go see them when it’s not a childcare day 😂 The centre is always tidy, communication is great, and they’re just lovely. I've been Blossomvale 's cleaning lady for a bit over3 years now. So I've had a front seat in the'behind scenes of this... I've been Blossomvale 's cleaning lady for a bit over3 years now. So I've had a front seat in the'behind scenes of this lovely early learning Establishment. I take pride in maintaining this environment to the highest standards and take great pleasure in seeing what amazing input from lovely , competent staff has on impressionable young growing minds. The care that is given is reflected in imaginative bright artwork, careful diets and understanding that all children are individually different,A fact that lovingly nurtured with activities and educational resources that constantly being changed so as to not become boring or dysfunctional.. I would recommend this establishment for any young family wanting their kids to be nurtured to their best potential. To blossom.. and grow expodentially. Kind regards Kairi. Read more
