I honestly cannot thank the team enough for the incredible care and support they provide to my children every day. All staff members are kind, supportive, welcoming, and always have smiles on their faces. They are easy to talk to and genuinely care about the children, which always makes me feel comfortable and reassured knowing my daughters are in such safe and reliable hands. The Centre Director, Miss Sarah, is truly lovely and genuine and has a heart of gold. She treats all the children as if they were her own, and that level of care really shows throughout the centre. Both of my daughters absolutely love going to childcare and love all the educators, which says a lot about the positive environment the team creates. One thing that really touched me was when I went to pick up my daughters and my youngest asked for more banana. I told her we were going home and I would give her some there, but Miss Tara still went to the kitchen and brought banana for both my girls even after I had already signed them out. Moments like this show that caring for the children is much more than “just a job” for the team. When my youngest first enrolled, she struggled with eating at the centre, but Miss Susie would kindly make carrot muffins for her to make sure she ate something. Miss Susie is incredible — she truly cares about the children’s wellbeing and takes the time to understand what each child likes and needs. Miss Vy has also been wonderful. She is very caring and always makes sure the children are dressed appropriately for the weather. My daughter talks about Miss Vy all the time at home, and I can clearly see how much she has learnt with counting and the alphabet through her teaching. Miss Rita, who I believe is one of the youngest educators at the centre, is also amazing. Despite being young, she shows so much care, love, and energy with the children. I always see her quickly going to comfort any child who is upset or crying to make sure they are okay. She also creates beautiful hairstyles that my daughter absolutely loves. It is lovely to see such kindness, patience, and dedication from someone so young. My youngest became very attached to Miss Tara and Miss Sushila. She would happily sit on their laps, follow them around, and always felt safe and comfortable with them, which means so much as a parent. I genuinely appreciate every single member of the team without exception. Thank you all for the amazing work, care, love, and dedication you put into looking after our children every day. It truly makes a difference to families like ours.

My son started attending mindchamps west hoxton 2 in August. I feel very lucky to have found this place as my son was just 1 year old and I was so stressed because I was working. Im so happy i made that decision of taking my son to this childcare. Manager Sarah is very nice and the educators are all nice and they all help and they are all very considerate. I love this place and my son is in a safe environment. I really appreciate all their hard work. Their work is very throughly. I highly recommend this childcare

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wonderful experiences my daughter has had at Mind champs. She began attending when she was just 2 years old, and like any parent, I had my concerns about how she would adapt to the new environment. However, those worries quickly vanished! In very short time , my daughter became happy to go to childcare. She walks in with a smile and eagerly shares her experiences with me. Seeing her excitement when I ask about her activities and looking at her cheerful photos is truly heartwarming. The dedication of the educators is evident; they are always busy creating a fun and engaging environment for the children. I've noticed remarkable improvements in my daughter's speaking, educational skills, and overall development. This speaks volumes about the brilliant work being done by the staff and management. I also appreciate that my daughter comes home happy and clean after each day spent at the center. Mindchamps West Hoxton 2 is highly recommended.My daughter is attending the center since last year,she loves the place.During the drop off time and pick up time my daughter always smiles and happily says goodbye. The educators are very friendly and helpful.They are way too professional and experienced. The education they provide is very valuable and children learning all the literacy and numeracy skills, physical,social and cognitive skills through high quality play-based education.

⸻ We have been part of this childcare centre family for over two years now, and I can’t speak highly enough about the incredible educators here. My eldest started when she was just 1.5 years old and my youngest at only 6 months, and from day one, they have received the most genuine love, care, and attention. The educators are truly the heart of this centre – warm, patient, and so attentive to every child’s individual needs. They go above and beyond to make sure the kids feel safe, happy, and supported, while also caring deeply about their health and wellbeing. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do, and that makes such a difference. Another thing we love is the amazing healthy menu. All the meals are cooked fresh on-site, with so much variety and nutrition packed in – my kids happily eat everything (even the veggies!). Knowing they’re getting wholesome, balanced meals every day gives me such peace of mind. Thanks to the wonderful team, my kids have grown in confidence, developed great social skills, and built such beautiful relationships. I am so grateful to have found a place where my children are not only learning, but are genuinely loved and cared for every single day. My son has been at MindChamps West Hoxton 2 for over a year now, and I’m really happy with the care and education he gets. With it being a smaller centre, he’s been able to build relationships with all the educators in the whole service. He often gets excited and names them all in the car on the way to the centre and can’t wait to see them each morning. The educators create a supportive environment where he feels safe and happy. Knowing he’s in good hands makes it so much easier for me to drop him off each day. Communication is great too, so I always know how his day has been. MindChamps West Hoxton 2 offers hands-on learning that keeps the children engaged and curious. The educators also keep the environment clean and welcoming, which makes it a lovely place for the children to learn and grow. Overall, MindChamps West Hoxton 2 has been a wonderful place for my son’s early learning journey.

Our son has been attending this centre for the last 3.5 years and our experience over the years has been great. The centre is always clean and there are great facilities for the kids. Under MindChamps management we have seen the centre improve its structure as well as the cirriculum with a REAL focus on child development, which is particularly important in the earlier years. The current group of educators are fantastic. They are young, vibrant and passionate. The centre is also progressive in adopting social media (Instagram) as a tool to keep parents informed. As a parent you have the choice to "opt out" of having your child on their Instagram account but not to worry MindChamps has a fantastic parent portal which is secure and easy to use.

I’d just like to start by saying nurturing little ones is already a challenging albeit rewarding journey but MindChamps West Hoxton 2 shone through even whilst navigating COVID-19. Even though we had to remain physically apart at times, the staff made my son and I feel connected. Muhammad’s favourite experience this year remains Daffodil Day when he got to don his favourite yellow wiggle shirt and raise funds for sick children. I’m delighted that his favourite experience was one that teaches giving back and making a difference. I am really impressed with the professionalism and diligence displayed towards my son this year. I look forward to watch my son grow happily at MindChamps West Hoxton 2.
