I absolutely adore this centre! While it may be a little dated, that in no way takes away from my deep appreciation for the incredible staff who always make my little ones feel special and welcome. The outdoor play area is a true highlight—there are chickens, donkeys, and a variety of fantastic outdoor equipment that the kids love. I also really appreciate how the staff keeps us updated throughout the day with lovely photos and updates on what they’re doing. It definitely helps ease the mum guilt of not being there with them. A huge thank you to the wonderful centre manager and 2IC, who are always so helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond to make me feel like my kids are in the best possible hands. Thanks so much, team—you’re truly amazing! We love you! 💖

i went here when i was younger. they had a pony. also an indoor pool, they have alot more stuff than they did in 2013 but like i met my best friend here. so yeah i guess send your kid here

Our children have been attending Cubby Care since they were babies, and now they’re in Schoolies after starting school. We've always felt so supported by the wonderful educators and the caring management team. The environment is calm, natural, and full of warmth. We truly feel like part of a family here.

We are so happy with this centre. Our girls are so cared-for and have so much fun. We've enjoyed alot of flexibility over the last 6 years and our 3 girls feel so comfortable and connected there. They have such great outdoor space, good food and caring staff. even vacation care and before/after school care is great.

We LOVE Cubby Care! My son goes for vacation care and their program is incredible. They put so much thought into their activities and make sure the kids are having fun, which makes the mum guilt that little bit less! They’re always doing fun excursions from movies and parks and playgrounds to bowling, trampolining and skating. They also have great days on site with fun planned activities like woodworking, messy play, water play, jumping castle, arts and crafts etc. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and make my son feel at ease. It was recommend to me by another parent and I recommend it to everybody!

We absolutely love Cubby Care. We have had both of our kids attend since the age of 6 months old and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. The educators are amazing, sweet and kind and all of the children love spending time with them. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after our babies. Petrina Barrett

Where to begin. First of all the lovely people who work and run the kindy are incredible. I can not fault them. Always smiles and hellos never to busy to listen and say hi. The teachers are amazing and we absolutely could not be happier. We love the kindy and think of them as an extension of our family. We have 2 children there and our little man is what I would believe to be high needs in the extra cares required for his day to day activities. It’s medical and I have personally done some training with the staff who took it all in their stride and professionally take it as seriously as we do at home. They have been incredible in his extra needs but have also never made it feel like a burden or made my son feel different which is no easy task in what we have needed along the way. We had one small issue at the start nearly 2 years ago with how something was handled and the way they responded was second to none. They made sure the problem was taken care of and followed up numerous times after to make sure that we were okay and to let us know we were very much heard and understood. I can not recommend this place enough. You will not find a better team of people to look after your kids. To let go for me as a full time care giver to my sons health was a huge deal and I can say I have never felt that he wasn’t safe or looked after to the utmost level that I achieve at home. I can’t say a bad word about a single staff member. It’s an amazingly diverse place with nothing but smile and laughter from kids and staff alike. Absolutely the best. Shout out to the staff who I see all the time and listen to me talk a million miles an hour about not much at all. Your all beautiful and should be so proud of the place you have made. Well done. Seriously if you are thinking about sending your kids there, go take a tour, talk and your decision will be made to bring them into the family of cubby care upper coomera. 100 out of 100

Did a tour not too long ago, with knowledge in the industry. Would not recommend. Started a tour with in babies, no bathroom area just a change mat on the shelf. When we got shown the outside area the door was not shut behind allowing children out during a transition. Understandably it's busy so the room Educator wasn't aware but the Director or AD did not communicate. When we left the room the laundry door was open with no one around and which even though with child locks, to have a laundry left open was very scary. With a huge yard I asked about supervision they got very defensive about how they are all trained, however were not clear about the supervision points and where the educators stand. A HUGE red flag as supervision is a massive aspect. I was relieved when my baby got upset and hungry and had to cut the tour short
