Extremely happy with our experience at Fit Kidz Learning Centre Glenwood. My daughter settled in really well from her very first day, the staff were attentive and made sure she felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I expected basic care, patience and understanding, and I am glad to say I got all of that here. The educators are lovely and took the time to check in with me as a parent, which I really appreciated. I would recommend them to any parent looking for a childcare centre that genuinely looks after the kids in their care.

We have been really happy with the care and learning environment at Fit Kidz Learning Centre Glenwood. The educators are lovely and genuinely seem to care about every child, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into how the kids are treated day to day. We wanted to share our experience so other parents feel confident making an informed decision about childcare in the area.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Fit Kidz and the way the owners responded when I raised serious concerns about Hamish Tait.

It has now been publicly revealed that Hamish Tait, who worked across multiple Fit Kidz centres, is facing 329 charges relating to the alleged abuse and exploitation of children. When I contacted the owners seeking answers and asking them to properly investigate what occurred, I felt they were reluctant to do so and did not treat my concerns with the urgency, transparency or seriousness that parents deserve.

For an organisation entrusted with the care of young children, child safety and accountability must come before protecting the reputation of the business. Parents deserve clear answers about what happened, what warning signs may have been missed, how concerns were handled and what concrete safeguards have now been introduced.

The response I received has left me with very little confidence in Fit Kidz’s leadership and approach to transparency. I strongly encourage current and prospective parents to ask detailed questions about safeguarding, supervision, incident reporting and how allegations involving staff are investigated.

We are very happy with Fitkidz Learning Centre. The Centre Director, Senai, is very helpful, friendly, and social. She always makes parents feel welcome and supported. My son’s teachers, Henna and Geeshani, are very caring and comforting. They helped my son settle into kindy within just 2 days, and now he looks forward to going every day and comes home cheerful and happy. The centre is always clean and tidy, and they provide healthy food for the children. They are very attentive and keep parents aware of everything happening at the centre. We also love the activities and celebrations they organise, like Easter, Mother’s Day, painting, drawing, project-making, and even visits from fire trucks. The kids are always learning something new while having fun. Highly recommend Fitkidz Learning Centre to any parent looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child!

Fit kidz North Glenwood is like second home to my Son. I haven't seen any other daycare where the care and relationship bw educators and kids is so genuine. This the best place my kid can be outside home.

We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support our son received at FK Glenwood North. The educators are incredibly kind, patient and genuinely invested in each child’s development. It always gave us peace of mind knowing he was in such a safe, nurturing and positive environment every day. We’ve seen so much growth during his time at FK, and that is truly thanks to the amazing team. The communication with families is excellent and it’s clear how much love and effort goes into everything they do. Thank you for creating such a warm and supportive place for children and families. We will always be grateful for the role you played in our son’s early years.
