As an Aunty, it means so much to see the level of care and love my nephew receives at this centre. From the moment he arrives, you can see how supported and nurtured he is by the educators. The environment feels safe, calm and welcoming, and the relationships they build with the children are truly special. A big credit to the leadership team, Stephanie, Natalie and Nicole who clearly set such a positive and caring culture. It gives our whole family so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands.

My son started at this daycare when he was about 6 months old and is now transitioning out at 18 months purely due to locational needs. He absolutely loves the centre and all his teachers, spending his days there from early morning until late afternoon on his attending days. During this time, he's gotten to know all the staff who assist and care for him in the nursery. He's had a wonderful start to his growth and development, forming close bonds with his primary caregivers and truly thriving. It's a shame to move him, but I wholeheartedly recommend this centre to anyone looking for childcare in the area. Seeing your child's face light up and run to the door upon hearing "let's go to daycare" means the world and provides me with comfort that I deeply appreciate. As for the reviews about "gossip," I honestly don't know where those come from, if it happens, I have not observed it personally. Everyone’s working environment allows for staff members to a break occasionally, and it's natural for staff to have personal conversations. When observing staff members I’ve only noticed their dedication to the children’s learning and development. I also appreciate the time I do get to quickly speak about the day my son has had, I know that is very difficult given their workload with ensuring our babies are happy and safe. I’ve had such a wholesome experience at Forman Ave! The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in my daughter’s growth and development, from the first day meeting them during the tour to today they have made my first introduction to childcare so positive. Being a first time mum they helped settle all my worries with their daily photo shares and extensive and detailed monthly observations it truly shows the passion and dedication to the important work that they do. The centre is always clean, welcoming, and full of engaging activities. My daughter is so excited when she sees her educators and comes home happy and confident. I am so grateful to have found such a supportive and nurturing place to be part of my village and could not recommend them enough!

I’m writing this review as a concerned parent who has noticed a recurring issue within the centre’s office area. On multiple occasions, I’ve observed centre director Stephanie engaging in frequent gossiping during work hours with 1 or 2 others. These conversations are often loud enough to be overheard by parents and children. On other occasions, I witness 2 to 3 people all sitting on their mobile phones. This behaviour is unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. A daycare should feel safe, respectful, and focused on the wellbeing of the children—not a place where personal conversations overshadow professionalism. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that management will address it and ensure higher standards of conduct within the centre. Parents should feel confident that their children are in a positive and respectful environment at all times.

I walked into collect my child in the afternoon and witnessed rats running in the room. When I asked centre manager Lauren didn’t accept it. Gave notice took my child off. Yikes it was her last day It was the last straw as I was already disappointed in staff-turnover, supervision, care and dirty resources

My baby girl has been attending the center since February when she was 7 months old. I can confidently say we’ve had such a wonderful experience so far. From day one, the educators have been incredibly warm, supportive, and patient. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children, and that gives me so much peace of mind. One of the things that stands out the most is how happy and settled my daughter is. There’s no sign of separation anxiety when I drop her off. That says a lot about the loving and safe environment the team has created. As a first-time mum, knowing that my child is in such capable and caring hands means everything. Honestly I cannot recommend the Forman Ave team enough! From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and care that the staff genuinely have for the children.
