John's Happy Place Family Day Care is registered with Foundations Family Day Care. This is an approved service for CCS. It is licensed for 7 children, including 4 children under school age. 

I am Lily, a diploma qualified FDC educator. In Australia and New Zealand, I have worked in various educational settings as a volunteer, a teacher aide and an educator. 

Although I am an educator for the children, I see them as my inspirers. I admire their creativity and bravery. For instances of their truthful and creative language, "I can draw my name." A child proudly spoke to me; "Banana Phone! " A child with intellectual disability renamed my yellow-coloured mobile phone. To let the children grow into their talents, I have created a place for them, John's Happy Place Family Day Care. The name is dedicated to my Aussie Dad who is a retired teacher and my influencer.

My premises is located in town central area in Port Pirie, SA. My services provide early child care and OSHC, including school drop off and pick up at certain schools at no cost. The excursions are not limited to the library and the playgrounds, but organized for the purpose of establishing a sense of community and the awareness of sustainble environment.
