We’ve had such a great experience and honestly can’t say enough good things about Aspire Rockbank. From the very beginning, they’ve made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Rhonda and Kylie at reception are just amazing—so welcoming, helpful, and always ready with a smile. My son is absolutely thriving—he’s so happy with Di and looks forward to going every day and is full of stories at pick-up about everything he is learning. My daughter is still settling in, but she’s already receiving such lovely, gentle care, especially from Margherita and the lovely educators in her room, which has really helped ease the transition. The whole team has made us feel supported and at ease, which means the world when you’re leaving your little ones in someone else’s care. We’re really grateful to have found such a warm and caring environment for our children! Read more

We've been with Aspire since the beginning, and like all new ventures, there will always be some teething issues. As parents of a daughter with Type 1 Diabetes, it’s vital that we feel confident in her daily care, and Aspire has given us just that. There are times she requires a little extra attention, and we’re always reassured knowing she’s in capable, caring hands. What stands out to us is how nurtured and well looked after all the children are. The staff are incredibly attentive, and there’s a real sense of warmth throughout the centre. Every morning when I drop off my daughter, I see a thriving environment. It's the kind of place where you just know your child is going to have a good day. It’s a wonderful reminder each day that we made the right decision! Read more

Also to mention they have direct debit my card even after i have advised put my account on hold. this is unprofessional. never again will get here nor advise. Read more

After searching around all of Melton I have finally found a centre I couldn’t be more happy with. Management team are so lovely... After searching around all of Melton I have finally found a centre I couldn’t be more happy with. Management team are so lovely and could not have been more welcoming for our daughter during her first year of daycare. Staff are always happy to give their full attention when she arrives, knowing all her favourite things for a smooth drop off. Happy parents here! Read more

I just wanted to say thank you and thank you so much for looking after my daughter. Especially a big thank you to FAIZA she looked after my daughter so much. Centre staff are so nice and friendly. Kiley on the reception is so helpful and so friendly. My daughter was taking a time to adjust as she never been to any child care before so everyone tried their best to make her settle down.
