Extremely Disappointing Experience , Great Staff, Abysmal Management While the educators at this childcare center are caring, attentive, and clearly devoted to the children and our child has formed strong bonds with them the same cannot be said for the management. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism have made our experience deeply frustrating. Communication from management is consistently poor, delayed, unclear, or outright ignored. Parent concerns are dismissed or met with indifference, showing a blatant disregard for feedback. Worse yet, the fees are exorbitantly higher than other centers in the area, with no justification for the inflated costs. It’s infuriating to pay premium prices for such subpar administration. The staff’s dedication is the only reason we’ve stayed this long, but the management’s inefficiency, lack of transparency, and unresponsiveness are unacceptable. Significant and immediate changes are needed starting with better communication, accountability, and fair pricing. Read more
