I’ve had a very positive experience with this centre and the management team. They are extremely supportive, approachable and always willing to listen to parent voices. The team genuinely works hard to create a warm, respectful and safe environment for children and families. From my experience, communication is open and families are valued. I’m very happy with the care and leadership at this centre.

My child was previously enrolled at this center, but I had to take my child out due to the behaviour of the staff. The staff lack proper etiquette and tend to raise their voices frequently. I would not recommend this center based on this experience. The management needs to take action to ensure the staff's behavior does not tarnish the center's reputation and goodwill.

I am writing as a parent whose children currently attend this centre, and I feel compelled to respond to the claims made. My experience with these staff members has been consistently positive. They are respectful, caring, and professional, and they provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for my children every day. At no point have I witnessed any behaviour that would raise concerns about their values, conduct, or ability to guide and educate children. It is important to note that the incident described occurred outside of working hours and during non-contact time. Judging educators’ professional capability based on a brief observation in a public space, when they are not on duty, is unfair and unreasonable. Like anyone else, they are entitled to personal time and should not be held to unrealistic expectations of silence or restraint. Additionally, the suggestion that being “loud” in a restaurant is inappropriate lacks context. Restaurants — particularly Indian restaurants — are naturally lively, social spaces. This is the hospitality industry, not a place of worship where absolute silence is expected. A vibrant atmosphere does not equate to poor manners or a lack of values. It is also deeply disappointing that in a country like Australia, which prides itself on multiculturalism and inclusion, members of our own community would choose to look down upon one another. All of us are equal, regardless of background, profession, or the setting in which we are observed. Passing judgement in this way undermines the very values of respect and unity that multicultural societies stand for. Making assumptions about educators’ professionalism based on such circumstances is unjust and unrepresentative of the dedication and care they demonstrate daily. As a parent who entrusts my children to this centre, I fully support these team members and stand by the work they do. They deserve respect, fairness, and the same consideration afforded to any individual outside their workplace.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the staff’s behaviour while sitting in the community dining area. Unfortunately, they showed no sense of manners. Even after being politely requested, they did not know how to sit quietly or behave appropriately in a restaurant setting. I respectfully request the manager to provide proper training to the staff regarding public behaviour and basic etiquette. This is Australia, and restaurants are shared spaces where all customers should be able to enjoy their food in a calm and respectful environment. Considering that these individuals are responsible for teaching and guiding children, such behaviour is extremely concerning. It raises serious questions about the values and conduct being modelled for children, and I genuinely feel sorry for the parents. I have also come to know that a similar incident occurred previously at Priya Restaurant. This behaviour is unacceptable and truly disappointing.

⸻ Today, I encountered a Aspire Deaside team at Aagan Indian restaurant at Derrimut who displayed a complete lack of basic etiquette and respect in a shared public setting. Their behaviour was disruptive—they were screaming, laughing loudly, and showed no consideration for the people around them. Despite polite requests from others to lower their voices and share their happiness more quietly, they chose to ignore those requests. As representatives of your company, this kind of conduct reflects very poorly on your organisation. It shows a lack of awareness, professionalism, and basic social responsibility. Public spaces are meant to be shared respectfully, and such behaviour creates discomfort for others who are simply trying to enjoy their time in peace. They also waited outside in a mocking manner and began screaming as we came out, which felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. This behaviour crossed a line and caused unnecessary distress. Such actions are unacceptable in any public place, especially from individuals representing a professional organisation. I strongly hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure staff understand and demonstrate basic manners and respect when in public and representing your brand.
