We’ve had a very positive experience at Aspire Deanside, and Room 6 has been especially wonderful for our daughter. The educators are kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, and it’s clear they truly care about the children in their class. The level of care, communication, and consistency has really stood out to us. Our daughter feels comfortable and happy here, and as parents that gives us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. You can see the effort the team puts into creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment every day. We’re very impressed with the care provided and are grateful for the dedication of the Room 6 educators. Highly recommend Aspire Deanside to other families.

Yesterday I did a tour with Aspire and I was really amazed by how the centre was set up. You can see how much they cater to children — of course they have toys to play with, but I especially loved how they encourage creativity and imagination. The whole environment felt welcoming and supportive of children exploring and expressing themselves. It was also lovely to hear that one of the things that is important to the centre is that children's voice are important and they encourage the children to speak and show what they are feeling.

I went to check on my placement, and the manager asked me to come next Monday. When I went on Monday morning, she told me to come back in the evening. I returned in the evening, but she was very rude and unhelpful, and my time was wasted.

I’ve had a very positive experience with this centre and the management team. They are extremely supportive, approachable and always willing to listen to parent voices. The team genuinely works hard to create a warm, respectful and safe environment for children and families. From my experience, communication is open and families are valued. I’m very happy with the care and leadership at this centre.

My child was previously enrolled at this center, but I had to take my child out due to the behaviour of the staff. The staff lack proper etiquette and tend to raise their voices frequently. I would not recommend this center based on this experience. The management needs to take action to ensure the staff's behavior does not tarnish the center's reputation and goodwill.
