We’ve had a fantastic experience at Guardian Mulgrave East. The staff in my child’s room were consistently outstanding, providing the highest level of care and genuine support for children’s development. Communication with families is excellent—clear, proactive and always timely—so we feel informed and involved. I also really appreciate the strong focus on building independence in the kids, with thoughtful routines and encouragement that make a real difference day to day. I rarely write Google reviews, but this Centre and their team truly deserve recognition for their good work and great support to our family. Special thanks to Annu, Deep, Michelle, Sawinsa, Hue, Kim and all other supporting staff/educators for their fantastic effort and consistent dedication. The team of teachers is very professional, everyone is friendly, and the childcare centre is always clean and tidy. A truly reliable place.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Guardian Mulgrave East. My daughter absolutely loves all of her teachers and feels so well cared for every day. She has also made many wonderful friends and really enjoys being part of the community. We’ve noticed great growth in her since attending—she’s learned how to express herself confidently, respect others, and work well as part of a team. We’re very grateful to the dedicated and caring staff who make the centre such a nurturing and supportive place for children to learn and grow.

We are so grateful for the safe & caring environment of guardian Mulgrave East. Both my babies go here and started when 7-10 months old. This is a purpose built centre with line of sight from one corner all the way to the other side. The right balance of privacy and openness in all areas including sleeping and changing areas. Keeping all children always looked after, not only by the carers in their room but throughout the centre. Annu’s gentle and kind leadership is cascaded to all the educators in the centre. There are too many wonderful educators to name them all, but my children have loved their educators in every room/age group. Thank you to the whole team for keeping my babies safe and well, they love coming there every day!

My daughter has been attending Guardian Childcare Mulgrave East for over three years, and we have been very happy with the care she receives here. The educators are warm, attentive and take the time to understand each child’s individual needs while supporting their development. Communication with parents is regular and they keep us informed of our daughter’s progress and daily activities. The team is always approachable and happy to answer any questions you have. The current management has brought a lot of stability and consistency, which is great. Thank you to everyone at the centre for providing such a nurturing and supportive environment.

Guardian Mulgrave East is a wonderful childcare centre that provides high quality and exceptional full service childcare from babyhood right through to kindergarten. I have two children and my eldest was one of the first children enrolled into this brand new centre that we watched being built back in 2016. He attended from 2017-2021 (right through the pandemic years and the fact that this centre stayed open throughout was not only a life-saver for us, as full-time working parents, but also a testament to the dedication and excellence of the staff that ran this centre). He went through each and every space right through to kindergarten and the outstanding educators ensured he was ready and thriving for school. My eldest transitioned well into prep in 2022 and has been thriving - he is currently in grade 3. My youngest commenced at this centre in 2022, at the age of 11 months in the baby's room and transitioned smoothly from each of the rooms (nursery 1, 2, toddlers, pre-kinder (3yr old kinder) and is now in his final year in the 4yr old kindergarten space). We have been long-standing patrons at this childcare centre and have seen several change overs in management over the years and even with these transitions, pleasingly, the leadership and each of our children's educators have all shown a genuine care, love and consideration for both our boys and respected them as individuals. The staff here are incredibly kind, caring and dedicated and have eagerly worked closely with me to support our goals for each child. No ask is ever too much or difficult and every request has been accommodated. With their support and cooperation, we've seen amazing progress which is both pleasing and really fulfilling for all concerned (kids, educators and parents). For example, at the start of 2025, we set a goal for our 4 year old to be fully toilet trained and prepare for school readiness by practising his letters by the end of this year, and we've achieved that with our fantastic kinder teacher and educators within 3-4 months and feel confident he will be well and truly ready for school in 2026. Guardian Mulgrave ELC is a very special place for our family as it is the centre where both our precious boys spent their first formative (early) years of their lives. For both our boys to have enjoyed a loving, caring and healthy environment (with fantastic chefs who freshly prepare 5-6 nutritious meals a day and a very clean environment) and to have made wonderful and long-standing friendships in a lovely community, we consider us ourselves to be incredibly fortunate, grateful and privileged for such an excellent experience and want to acknowledge and thank the amazing work and efforts of all the staff at Guardian ELC Mulgrave East in building this community and centre to what it is.
