Stepping Stones FDC

Hi, my name is Susan Kerr and I am very excited to coming back into running my family day care business. I have 11 years experience in the childcare sector, five in long day care as room leader for the babies and then three year olds, one year at council kinder with the three and four year old kinder groups and then five years running my own family day care. I love working with children and firmly believe that happiness comes first, so helping children to grow emotionally into well rounded and grounded individuals is paramount. Happy children are great learners and there is plenty to learn and engage in at my day care. I have a sand pit, trampoline, tree house, budgie aviary, fish pond and waterfall, four King Charles spaniels, chickens, vegetable gardens, trees and lots of natural play areas. I also have a unit in the garden set up for all the indoor fun, where I will also be running the Creative Incursions art program, so children can begin to experience process art and create fabulous pieces to take home.
